Replacement of 01 No. 245 KV SF-6 Gas Circuit Breaker of 220 KV Moradabad-Amroha Line Bay at 220 KV S/S Majhola Moradabad.

Dismantling of 245 KV SF-6 Gas Circuit Breaker by disconnecting AC supply , DC Supply and Control cables Connections and Opening of Nuts, Bolts, Jumper, Earthing and dismantling of all three poles safely along with Copper pipe line of Circuit Breaker. This work also included shifting of Supervising Engineer with the help of Crane/hydra, the work also included dismantling of mechanism Housing, Horizental frame unit and its Shifting to store, Eraction of new SF-6 Gas Circuit Breaker at 220 KV Moradabad-Amroha Line Bay. This work includes Carriage of CB from store to Site and Unpacking of Entire three poles from crates safely, Fixing of Supporting Struction after opening of Protection Covers and Fixing of interrupting units on the fram as per Drawing /Manual & As per instruction given by Engineer-in-charge. Prepration of cable schedule, Laying of control cable (As per Requirement) all cable termination with proper ferulling and filling of SF-6 gas.Connection of AC Supply, DC Supply and all Protection Cable This work also included connections of all Mechanical Linkages, Earthing (Paintedwith green color) etc. To complete the job satisfactorily. This work also includes all the Modifications Earthing of new Circuit Breaker with the help of welding Machine/gas cuuter etc. The connection of all jupers, clmps etc to complete the Eraction work Satisfactorily."

Modification of existing foundation of 245 KV CB to make suitable for CB by means of suitable galvanized angle. Work also includes cutting welding and fully suitable holes and make suitable for new CB. Angles will be provided by Department.

Repairing & Overhauling of 145 KV SF6, CGL Make Circuit Breakers for 160 MVA T/F-I (Areva Make) at 220 KV S/S Moradabad.

Opening/Dismantling of control valve assembly, cleaning of cap seal cylinder, removal of defective roller, re-fixing of new roller, reassembly of control valve assembly in mechanism, Replacement of control valve seal & bent O-ring, opening of anti-pumping pin assembly cleaning, de-rusting & lubrication of anti-pumping pin assembly. Replacement of spring in anti pumping. opening and cleaning of closing spring, shock absorber, pneumatic cylinder, cleaning of piston & cylinder including their assembly, replacing of oil & O-ring, Opening and reassembling of trip coil assembly after cleaning of its various parts including measurement of reistance, adjustment of trip coil gap. Checking of NRV & Drain valve for air leakage with help of soap seeds. Checking of air switch i.e. governor switches, low air pressure alarm switch including adjustment. Checking of gas density switch including all adjustment. De-rusting lubrication of horizontal rod assembly & its various linkages, cleaning of bar pins,replacement of cerclip. Show operation of circuit breaker with help of manual jack for checing over stroke, wipe, poles traveling etc for satisfactory operation & also Taken closed and Tripp Time. Attend gas Leakedge if any. 1. LV side of 160 MVA T/F-II & III 145 KV CGL Make Breaker.
