Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 16.82

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. .

Providing and Laying of kerb of size 2’-0” x 9” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes fixing in position at or near ground level in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PCC channel of size 1’-0” x 1'-0" x 3” made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes the cost of filling and pointing of joints between kerbs with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 course sand)and finishing of surface complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Carriage of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting,unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved byEngineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: ( 1 Cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 4.1.10

Providing and fixing 300x300mm heavy duty chequerred tiles of ISI Marked and name of manufacturer embedded, rubber molded as per ISI Code 13801:2013 of 25mm thick with minimum 6mm thick top layer with white cement heavy duty polished with acrylic based coating, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles on 20mm thick bed cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 20mm thick compacted bed of cement sand mortar 1:4 including grouting the joints with cement mortar etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).
