TTPS Mech II AHP stage III Overhauling and load testing of 5 0 Ton capacity EOT Crane in Ash slurry pump house and Ash water pump house

Charges for overhauling the hoist assembly dismantling the parts, cleaning, inspection, reassembling, greasing the wire rope and filling of grease in the gear box 5.0 ton capacity including hire charges for T&P and consumables.

Charges for overhauling of long travel assembly and cross travel mechanism with moving wheels (on both side) dismantling the parts with usual procedures complete cleaning and inspection reassembling greasing the moving wheel bearings including hire charges for T& P’s and consumables

Charges for complete cleaning the control panel contacts and relays –cleaning the LT cable trolleys and applying lubricants-tightness checking the cable terminals-testing the crane with no load and adjusting the brakes-including cost of cleaning agent and hire charges for T& P’s consumables.

Charges for transporting of test concrete blocks of required weight from civil yard near 230 KV switch yard to work spot conducting the load test in presence of certificates issuing competent authority and obtaining the certificate including and return after completing the works including T& P’s .

Charges for dismantling of electro magnetic brakes replacement of brake liners and worn out spares. Checking brake drum, reassembling and adjusting to its correct position.

Dismantling of defective hoist main motor(7.5KW induction motor) of 5 Ton EOT hoist. Charges for dismantling the motor, power cable, releasing the motor and unloading from hoist location to platform at 8 to 10 mtr of Ash water pump house by using the chain block, unloading the motor from 8 to 10mtr elevation, diamantling the rotor and stator.

Charges for rewinding of failure 3 phase AC 415V 7.5KW induction motor including dismantling, cleaning, winding of the stator coils, applying one coat of insulating warnish, replacement of both DE and NDE bearing and assembling. This work shall be carried out at contractor permises (out side the TTPS)

Charges for re assembling the hoist main motor (7.5KW induction motor) after re winding in 5 Ton EOT hoist. Charges for assembling the rotor and stator, loading the motor from ground to 10 mtr hight and fixing in its original position, re connecting the motor power cable and trial run.

Less the cost of retrieved copper (This copper scrapped to be retained by the contractor).
