M&L for double charged vitrified tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile exc. 0.18 sqm not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in flooring etc , laid over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade including dismantling existing tiling, cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for double charged Vitrified ceremic tiles 08 to 10 mm thick of approved shade and size as in vertical surfaces, skirting etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 including dismantling existing tiling, cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Single layer Manglore Pattern or similar tiles in roofing and rubbish off the premises complete as as specified and as directed

Material and labour for roof tiles Manglore pattern interlocking at side joints, laid dry in roofing complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto- all as per serial item No 4 here-in-before but using Mangalore pattern roof tiles obtained from dismantling.

Material and labour for ridge or hip tiles to suit Manglore pattern of roofing tiles,bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for second class hard wood cover fillets, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with fevicol and nails, sectional area exc. 6 Sq.cm but not exc. 13 Sq.cm including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for second class hard wood cover fillets, bull nosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face, wrought, secured with fevicol and nails, sectional area exc. 3 Sq.cm but not exc. 6 Sq.cm including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge or any thickness, as in roof coverings complete all as directed.

Supply and fix 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with 'J' Bolts and washers, in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 120gms/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.
