Demolishing of nominal concrete (1:4:8) or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar C:M (1:4) on external wall surfaces in two layers (First coat 10mm thick and second coat 5mm thick ) including mixing of water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement only on top layer of plaster, finished even and smooth. (IWPC, WPC will be measured and paid separetly).
