Dismantling of Asbestos cement /(corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position unframed work as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete as in roof, floors (other than ground floor) beam, chajja etc completed all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar, facing, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet "colour" having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and bituminous washers as in roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet "colour" having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in ridge fixed with self tapping screws and bituminous washers as in roof covering/cladding to wall, valley gutter etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M/L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm) stone aggregate as in levelling course laid to be minimum consolidated thickness of 25 mm laid and complete in slop over roof, finished fair & even complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surface and applying roof treatment as under : - (a) 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) using 100% coarse sand on roof/ parapet wall with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement. (b) Applying a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm on prepared surfaces and allow to dry. (c) Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kgs/Sqm over primer. (d) Supply and laying of 3mm thick (minimum) APP based polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3 Kgs/Sqm, black finish reinforce with non woven plyster matt with help of torching with proplane or abutane gas using torch with min 75mm side overlap and 100mm end overlap as per manufactuers instruction. (e) Applyhing a tack coat of hot lown bitumen grade 85/35 @ 10.2 Kgs/Sqm. (f) Blinding wih dry coarse and @ 0.50 to 1.0 Kg/Sqm dusted over bitumen.(g) The top surface shall be finished by a coat of aluminium paint @ 100 gms/Sqm. Note : the1 net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in grrove which sall be deemd included in the quated Rates. Security from total amout of roof treatment work.

M&L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick works in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of new plastered /concrete surfaces of wall etc and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 2nd class hard wood in scantlings timber unframed and fixed clean sawn as specified and as directed.

M/L for preparing wood nd wood based material of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying creosote oil on new or old wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed .
