| 1.2 | The succesfull bidder/allottee/licensee shall be allowed to display advertisements at total 19 locations. These advertisements shall be on 4 No. unipoles (2 No. are already built up and remaining 2 No. are to be built up by the licensee) and 15 No. low height advertisement panels (8 No. are already built up and 7 No. are to be built up by the licensee) | - | - | - | - |
| 1.3 | The details of all the unipoles and the advertisement panels showing their sizes and locations along with longitude and latitude are attached in the DNIT at Table-A. | - | - | - | - |
| 1.4 | The period of display of all the advertisements for period of three years shall commence after 45 Days from the date of issuance of Allotment letter. After three years, period shall be further extendable on yearly basis for two years (1+1) subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance and clearance of all the financial dues. | - | - | - | - |
| 1.5 | In lieu of display of advertisements as per Chandigarh Advertisement Control order 1954 with up to date amendments, the licensee shall required to pay Advertisement Fees as applicable from time to time. In additon to the adverstisement fees, the licensee shall pay to MCC, license fees on half yearly basis, and the contract shall be awarded on the basis of highest quoted/negotiated license fees with H-1 bidder only.
The licensee shall quote the license fee for all the sites (4+15 No.) i.e. no splitting shall be entertained/accepted on any grounds/reason whatsoever. | - | - | - | - |
| 1.6 | The bidder shall quote LICENSE FEES for First year only for the 19 sites (4+15) on yearly basis as mentioned in the DNIT at Table-A.
Note: For the subsequent years i.e. 2nd year and 3rd year, the licensee fee shall be worked out by enhancing @ 10% compounded per annum. | - | - | - | - |
