Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6(Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : The plinth protection shall be laid in panels and length of the each panel shall not be more than 2.00 metre all as directed. 6mm joints filled with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand (1:3 ratio) shall be provided. No deduction for joints shall be made while making payment against the above item.

M&L for providing 100mm thick vaccume dewatered floor of Ready Mix Concrete (M-25 grade) including side shuttering (MS channel) and vibrating the same using double screed vibrator, removal of excess water using vaccum pump, suction matt, floating and revolling of concrete to the required finish using skin floater and power trovel complete all as specified and as directed.

upply and application of non metalic floor hardner @ 3 Kg/Sqm on wet concrete mate (SCIA forsrock or equivalent) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the groove of size 3mm x 20mm using diamond cutter on vaccume dewatered floor and filling the same with bitumen complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete .

Material and Labour for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick walls finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick walls finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description

Dismantling and re fixing grating, manhole covers grills of drain for cleaning of drain and removing the silt mud etc for free flow or water etc complete.

Supply &Fixing framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation of trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.50 depth for manhole etc getting out hard/dense soil.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed stone ware, PVC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar of 150 mm dia pipes including demolition of PCC bed and haunching complete.

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C 1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) bed to drain pipes 150 mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested.

Taking down /dismantling of RWP pipes with fittings of 150mm dia in any position as in soil/waste pipes.

Cleaning of blokage of bathroom/ kitchen by cleaning the Nahani traps / gully/ traps/ floor trap of all the mud / sludge and getting out , washed throughly to grating of trap , CI waste pipe by opeining the cleaning eye and depositing of sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters form the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavation as directed and whenever required.

Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian / Europena type of all the mub / sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW/ CI Pipe upto 1st manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50m from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavationof pit including all excavations as directed and whenever required.

Cleaning of manhole of any size including removal of sludge/sewage water and disposal to outside MD land and covering with layer of earth and sprinkling adequate quantity of lime powder to avoid health hazard.

Cleaning septic tank of 50 Users capacity including removal of sludge/sewage water and disposal to outside MD land and covering with layer of earth and sprinkling adequate quantity of lime powder to avoid health hazard.
