Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Provision for fitting & fixing of M S grill panel Size ( 2no.x2.00mx1.00m) as per approved drawing & design including cutting, welding, fixing & supply of all material T&P , etc, complete

Provision for fixing and fitting of grill with the position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing & laying 12 mm cement plaster of mix cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including supply of all materials labour T.& P.etc. Required for proper completion of work.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Provision for demarcation of site with fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 mtr.(minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.l. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post( cost of R.C..C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately):- payment to be made per meter cost of total length of barbed wire used. (a) R.C.C. standard post/ struts/rails/pales of mix 1:1:5:3(1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 grades stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of engineer-in charge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing of MS gate with 50x50x5mm size M.S. angle & 16mm square bar including all cutting, fixing and bending etc., required for completion of work

Provision for fitting and fixing signage in steel pipe with MS sheet in size 4'X3' including supply of all materials t&p complete.
