Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or /and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismanteled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any C&D Waste management site within 25 km lead i.e. Shastri park/Burari/Mundka including weighing at plant etc, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. WEighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedure/rules of the plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C&D waste plant. The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage up to 25 Km. lead complete (cattle manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and /or good earth in requierd thickness as per direction of office-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Fine dressing of the ground.

Supplying & Stacking of Selection No.l grass turf at site fresh & free from weeds having proper roots, lush green including loading, unloading, carriage and all taxes paid etc. and as per direction of the officer-incharge.

Grassing with selection No. 1 Doob grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for moiling including supplying good earth, if needed (the grass and good earth shall be paid for separately). 2.10.1 In rows 5 cm apart in both directions.

Supply of Murraya exotica ht. 1' to 1½', well developed, well branches in atleast size 6" x 6" size P. Bag.

Supply of Hamelia patens ht,2' & above well branches well developed in atleast 9" x 9" size Big Gunny bag.

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cast of plant & water).
