Material and labour for preparation of wooden surfaces of sofa set 5/3 seaters and polishing of sofa set 5/3 seaters with two or more coats of French polish upto glossy finish, complete all as specified and as directed. Taking out unserviceable long rails from bed plywood top and Supply and Fix new long rails made of 2nd class hard wood complete all as specified and as shown on drawing(s).

Taking out unserviceable ply wood teak face and Supply and Fix new 4mm thick, 3 No of ply, veneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BW resin) with decorative face veneers on one face, ISI Marked (IS: 1328) of size 780mm x 340mm on both side of head board rest complete all as specified and as shown on drawing(s).

All as per item No 117 here-in-before but size 780mm x 180mm on both side foot boards rest complete all as specified and as shown on drawing(s).

Taking out unserviceable plywood top from bed ply and Supply and Fix new 12mm thick, 7 No of ply, plywood grade BWR, type BB, ISI Marked (IS: 303) complete all as specified and as shown on drawing(s).

Taking out unserviceable bottom rails of bed plywood top and Supply and Fix new bottom rails made of 2nd class hard wood of required shape and size complete all as specified and as shown on drawing(s).

Taking out unserviceable legs from head board of bed plywood top and Supply and Fix new legs of head board made of 2nd class hard wood of required shape and size complete all as specified and as shown on drawing(s).

Taking out unserviceable legs from foot board of bed plywood top and Supply and Fix new legs of foot board made of 2nd class hard wood of required shape and size complete all as specified and as shown on drawing(s).

Taking out corner S&F new corner made out of MS flat Iron FI 25mm x 5mm, bend to shape required, 90 degree angle with suitable holes for fixing from the legs. Rails, fixed with screws and applying two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Table Bed Side:- FD/E6/MAP/15(R) The overall size of the table bed side shall be 450mm x 450mm x 600mm from rear and 450mm x 450mm x 500mm from front as shown in drg. The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted MDF board exterior grade. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg, except the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade of walnut shade. The drawers shall be made functional on teak wood runners fixed inside the tables shown on drg.The drawers of the tables shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles .Rest all as per drg. All wooden surfaces shall be french polished with two coats after preparation of surfaces and steel portion shall be painted with synthetic enamel black paint.
