Providing and laying 230/150mm consolidated thickness dry rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base to floor and in plinth protection to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing/ blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality aggregates including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per Specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Dismantling carefully the existing RCC kitchen platform/Brick work / stone masonary /PCC along with finishing by chiselling without damaging existing structure including cutting the reinforcement etc. depositing the serviceable material at departmental store and disposing off debris outside colony etc complete all as directed by the EIC.

Providing and injection chemical emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under all round walls, floors, wooden surfaces, junction of walls & floors, wooden surfaces, junction of walls & floors, beams, columns etc, complete with using chlorophyriphos 50 E C or approved equivalent termiticide emulsion with proportion 1 part chemical and 19 part water or as per the manufacturer's specification and also the injecting chemical formulations should be as per I.S 6313 part III 1971 specification and as approved by the insecticide Regulation Act, including drilling holes 12 mm dia 300 mm centre to centre or as close as possible and sealing the same hole after injection of the chemical emulsion with cement mortar 1:3 (1part cement : 3 part cement) without causing any damage to the household & office materials like wooden furniture electric fittings and any other materials including spraying to the entire affected area with the same chemical formulation etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. NOTE : 1. The inspection and anti-termite treatment shall be carried out in the affected premises for as many times as necessary for complete extermination of white ants. 2. Care should be taken by contractor to ensure that pets & human beings are not affected on account of the above statement. 3. After satisfactory completion of anti-termite treatment the payment shall be made to contractor for the actual quantum of work done. 4. Appointment from the allottee to be taken before starting the treatment and the number of flats should be intimated for which appointment for the particular date is taken. 5. Above treatment shall be guaranteed for one year from the date of completion of work. 6. Wherever treatment is required to be given to wood work doors etc. the chemical to be prepared in Kerosene instead of water and all as per IS specifications.

Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications,drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. (NOTE:- The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment).

Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL only.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of following grade in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S. 456-2000 using 20mm. maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) confirming to IS : 4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements/ RCC elements and Misc works including transporting, pumping /manually etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. (Note:- i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval of RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) This item shall be measured in addition to the original items of RCC and PCC mentioned elsewhere in Schedule of Quantities. iii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc.complete. iv) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere shall be measured and paid under this item for substructure).

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for formwork in foundation, plinth and superstructure at all levels and locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural/RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (NOTE:- a) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment and stop boards for construction joints will not be measured for payment. b) The rate of formwork shall include all type of structural / RCC elements and geometric shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces.

Brick masonry in sub structure / super structure at all floors and locations using well burnt bricks / fly ash bricks of approved quality, make in CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc, complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing brick work 115mm thick in partition walls, dwarf walls, parapets, under platforms, etc. at all floors and locations using well burnt bricks of approved quality, make in C.M 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) to correct line, level & plumb including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. including RCC (1:2:4) stiffeners 115mm.wide and 80mm. thick every one metre height including form work cost of steel reinforcement complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC. Note: Reinforcement shall be paid in relevant item.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s. Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s. Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specifications of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with wall care putty over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Concure of M/s fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished natural stones as mentioned for the followings for kitchen platform/wash basin counter/laborotary working platform topping and facia over and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc, as required including cutting of stone slabs,wastage, making cut outs wherever required etc all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : Verticals,shelves,platform shall be embedded minimum 25 mm in wall/flooring.Top exposed surface on plan & exposed vertical finished face shall be measured for payment in sqm.Agencies shall quote rate accordingly.

a) For kitchen platform / Wash Basin counter top, upto 750mm wide and upto 1800 mm length in single piece consisting machine cut machine polished on one side 30 mm thick cuddappa stone at bottom and mirror polished machine cut 18 mm thick Jet black Granite stone at top fixed with 52 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only), between two stone slabs (Double stone slab sandwitch type) including providing cut out if any, moulding and polishing the edges etc complete .

b) For kitchen platform / wash basin counter horizontal facia upto 100 mm wide machine cut machine polished on one side 18mm thick Jet black Granite stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Araldite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc complete.

c) For horizontal beading of size 30x16mm machine cut machine polished Jet black Granite stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Araldite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc complete .

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished Cuddapah stones/granite stone/marble stone/composite marble as mentioned followings for kitchen platform vertical support /shelves /window cill etc and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc, as required including cutting of stone slabs,wastage, making cut outs wherever required etc all as per drg, specifications, drawings and as directed by EIC. Note : 1)Verticals,shelves,platform shall be embedded minimum 25 mm in wall/flooring. 2) Window jamb, cill & lintel bottom with granite / gren marble shal be mitred / partly mitred joint as directed by Eingineer-In-Charge. 3)Exposed inside vertical finished face of window below platform shall be measured for payment in sqm. 4) All finished natural stones except for floorings shall be applied with araldite or equivalent stone adhesive on back surface, spreading/splashing of sand particles on adhesive applied surface before a day of fixing of stones. 4)Agencies shall quote rate accordingly.

a) For 100mm thick vertical support of Counter/ platform, consisting of one side 30 mm thick machine cut machine polished on one side cuddapah stone slabs other side polished 18mm Graniter/composite marble of approved colou sandwiched between the stones with 52 mm thick CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including providing exposed front face upto 100 mm wide vertical facia of polished 18mm thick same granite stone/composite marble on exposed sides with epoxy resin base (Araldite or equivalent), 250mm one side granite rising above platform level with both side polishing including rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc complete all in line, level, plumb etc.

b) For vertical support of Counter/ platform, consisting of 2 nos 30 mm thick machine cut machine polished on one side cuddapah stone slabs sandwiched between the stones with 20 mm thick CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including providing exposed front face upto 100 mm wide vertical facia of mirror polished 18mm thick jet black granite stone on exposed sides with epoxy resin base (Araldite or equivalent) including rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc complete all in line, level, plumb etc.

c) 30 mm thick machine cut and both side machine polished Cuddaph stone for shelves including rubbing and polishing the exposed edges.

d) 18 mm thick machine cut and both side machine polished granite stone of approved colour and shade and surface finish for shelves including rubbing ,full round moulding, polishing the exposed edges.

e) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished Baroda green marble stone for window cill in stepped form laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) & overlapping of 20 mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive with best workmanship, including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

f) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished Baroda green marble stone for window jamb & bottom of lintel in single piece laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

g) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished jet black granite stone stone for window cill in stepped form laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) & overlapping of 20 mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive with best workmanship, including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

h) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished jet black granite stone for ledge wall top, window jamb & bottom of lintel in single piece laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

j) 18 mm thick granite stone of approved colour and shade with approved finishing for flooring/ramp with 100 mm wide strip with stone slabs of required size & fixing in pattern including 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding including polishing / edgeing to exposed face etc. complete.

p) Urinal partitions with 18mm thick approved color and shade granite bothside polished and half rounding on all exposed faces, fixed in the floors and walls making necessary recesses of about 25mm and fixing with necessary S.S. pins, clamps, grouted, sealed and finishing the chases with Cement mortar 1:3 etc. complete as per detailed architectural drawing to entire satisfaction of the EIC.

Providing and fixing in position at all floors, levels / heights 18 mm thick mirror polished natural stones slab for door frame in two overlapping layers one piece full length / height of approved shade, finished sizes as directed including machine cut / hand cut, final cleaning, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, in line, level, plumb and fixing the stone with cm 1:3, 20mm backing & overlapping of 20mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive, with best workmanship, finishing, curing, including removing existing door frame, shutter & fittings etc.and depositing the same at dept store etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the EIC. Note: 1)All finished natural stones shall be applied with araldite or equivalent stone adhesive on back surface spreading/splashing of sand particles on adhesive applied surface before a day of fixing of stones. 2)Agencies shall quote rate accordingly. 3) Exposed surface on Elevation & exposed vertical finished face shall be measured for payment in sqm. Overlapping & edges etc shall not be measured. Frame joints shall be mitred joint / partly mitred joint as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying at all floors and levels Vitrified tiles of first quality Marbonite of M/S H&R JOHNSON (INDIA) Ltd or other equivalent approved make of approved colour, shade, pattern and minimum thickness of 8.5mm thickness or as per manufacture's specifications, in flooring laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and in skirting fixed over 12 mm thick backing cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) in respect of skirting , close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out where necessary including wastage for odd shape of room and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing, etc. complete all as per specification, relevent IS code & as directed by the EIC.

a) In flooring with tiles of approx. size 600 mm x 600 mm of M/s H& R Johnson (I) ltd. laid using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) laid after removal of existing flooring with backing mortar.

b) In Dado / skirting with tiles of size 600 x 100 mm of M/s H& R Johnson (I) ltd laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:4 backing (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only), jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting etc. complete, including dismantling the existing dado/skirting tile and backing cement mortar, disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete.

Providing & laying flooring / skirting with antiskid Vitrified tiles of first quality Endura of M/S H&R JHONSON (INDIA) Ltd or M/s. Pavit or as approved equivalant of size 600 x 600 x 10mm & 15/16mm thick in required pattern and combination of series & Colour or as per manufacturer's specifications, laid directly over tile using polymer cum cement based adhesive manufactured by Roffe construction – NSA (non skid adhesive) or M/s Ardex Endura chemicals– Gold star or other approved equivalent make/removing existing flooring and fixing new flooring using 20 mm thick c.m. bedding with necessary cement slurry of required consistency under and over cement mortar bedding in respect of flooring and fixed over 12 mm thick backing cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) in respect of skirting , close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out wherever necessary including wastage for odd shape of room and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing, etc. complete all as per specification, drawings,relevent IS code & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Pattern and design of flooring/skirting/dado shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge before commencement of work.

b)In dado / Skirting Tiles of size as specified in 10mm thick including removing existing entire paint, plaster upto the brick work/concrete surfaces and new replastering in CM 1:4 (using factory made ready mix mortar only) and fixing of dado tile with polymer cum cement based adhesive as mentioned above.

Providing & laying at all floors & levels first quality ceramic tiles of minimum thickness as specified by the manufacturer of M/S. H&R JHONSON (INDIA) Ltd. or equivalent approved make of approved colours, shade and texture in flooring / dado / skirting as per approved pattern. incluidng cost of all materials, including cutting the tiles to required shape, wastage, pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to line, level, slope & plumb, final cleaning of surface as required, curing , making necessary opening cutouts etc.and including removing existing flooring / dado and disposing of debris outside colony complete all as per specifications,drawings, relevant IS code & as directed by the EIC.

a) In flooring with rectified ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300 (approx size ) Digital HD series of M/s H& R Johnson or equivalent approved make with 20 mm thick 1:4 Cement mortar bedding (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only)

b) In flooring with anti skid tiles of size 300 x 300 mm x 12 mm th ( approx size) Checkered Ivory of Endura tiles of M/s H& R Johnson or approved equivalent with 20 mm thick 1:4 Cement mortar bedding (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only)

c) In dado / Skirting with tiles of 300X600mm (Approx size) of Digital HD Series of M/s H&R johnson (India) Limited or approved equivalent fixed over 12 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) backing / fixed directly over existing tile with polymer cum cement based tile adhesive manufactured by M/s. Roffe construction (Non-Skid Adhesive, NSA) or M/s Ardex Endura (Gold Star) or other approved equivalent, jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting/dado etc. complete.

Providing 3 mm thick and 8/10/16 mm deep grout line using PVC spacers for creating true alignment and gap between vitrified tile flooring & Skirting at a specified places as per drawings / as directed and grouting the joints with matching cementitous tile grout mixed with approve tile additive of M/s. Roff Construction or approved equivalent including cleaning the surface etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing IInd class teak wood in frames of required sections for windows, ventilators, shaft doors, partition etc. wrought framed and fixed in position including providing & fixing necessary GI holdfast 3 nos.(minimum) on each side of frame of size 300x30x3mm thick embeded in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 in case of brick work or bolted / screwed with S.S .coach screw 100mm long in case of RCC/stone including making holes in concrete masonry walls etc. and fixing frame in position including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved wood primer for the exposed surfaces & two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry / concrete etc. including removing the old damaged frames stacking serviceable material and disposing of debris outside Anushakti nagar colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Removing carefully the existing flush door shutters and refixing the same to its position after laying new tiles on flooring including cutting the shutters at bottom portion as per site condition , lipping the cut exposed surface with teak wood lipping including nails, screws,adhesive etc complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying & fixing in position the following type solid core block board flush door shutters with commercial ply / teak veneer as specified below conforming to IS 2202-latest, with 20 mm thick teak wood lipping alround, fixing shutters in position to existing door frames at all floors by cutting/ plaining if necessary including the labour for removing & refixing old fittings & fixtures and for fixing of the fittings & fixtures with wooden packing pieces if necessary with screws, providing vision panel of various sizes up to a max size of 300mmx450mm wherever specified including suitable moulded first class teak wood beading on both sides and providing specified approved glass of 5 mm thk, ,Wooden louvers at bottom as per size,specification,drawing, , one coat of approved primer on commercial ply surface etc.including removing existing damaged shutter,fittings and depositing at dept. stores etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by EIC.

(Ex-cel sheet) , Rajashree Plastiwood or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 3 nos 100 mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 2 Nos. 100 mm heavy duty aluminium baby latches, 2 nos. of 100 mm Al. Bow handles with back plate of M/s Shalimar Hardware or equivalent and including providing a vision panel opening of size 300 mm X 200 mm including providing and fixing PVC moulded louvers on both faces in the opening of vision panel with ss screws, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Supplying and fixing heavy duty superior quality fittings , fixtures and fasteners along with necessary CP screws, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as per approved samples. etc. complete all as directed by the E-I-C., 1. One sample board consisting of each item of schedule of quantities with approved quality fittings & fixtures & necessary accessories including chromium plated brass screws, bolts, nuts, washers should be submitted for approval of Engineer-in- charge. Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of Acrylic premium emulsion paint of approved make & shade over two coats of approved primer (alkali resistant) consist of thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper /acrylic emulsion / white wash surface, applying a coat of approved cement primer, filling up the cracks with approved crack filling compound , applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, applying 2nd coat of approved cement primer carrying out full stucco putty work , apply two coats of acrylic emulsion paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashings & droppings from floors, walls including scaffolding, ladder as required & disposing of debris outside colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repainting of old painted external surfaces of with two coats of exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint of approved manufacture of approved colour and shade over a coat of cement based water repellent paint of approved make and shade as mentioned below all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, providing necessary scaffolding/ staging, cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating,dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. at all heights, locations and lead etc.,complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats FLAT oil paint of approved shade and make over one coat of approved cement primer, including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices mild depression etc. scaffolding including cleaning of floors, doors & windows etc.& disposing of debris outside colony etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Repainting of old painted wooden/steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint using first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over one coat of approved wood/steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty scaffolding and cleaning etc. including removing old paint by scrapping, blowlamp etc.complete all as directed by the EIC.

Supplying & fixing of retro reflective sign board of required size using retro reflective sheeting letters written (single side) in white colour, to be pasted on 3mm thick ACP sheet complete all as directed by EIC

Replacing old Phenotherm boards from ceiling and providing and fixing with new matching phenotherm board at all heights and levels including carefully taking out the existing boards and fixing the new boards in postion with necessary anchor fastnersetc. complete as directed by EIC

Providing chemical based water proofing of M/s Indofil chemicals / New coat of Dr. Fixit as approved over bath / WC brick bat coba & other locations as per the following procedure: a) Applying a coat of Indofil MC-76 mixed with clean water in 1:4 ratio i.e., one part of MC-76 and four parts of clean water over the entire area to be treated including filling of cracks, if any with CM-1:3 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) with waterproofing compound. b) Applying a coat of cement bond coat with MC-76 mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio i.e., 1 part of MC-76 and 1 part of cement. c) Providing and spreading of polycon based fibrous waterproofing net for entire area of Toilet/Bath including lapping as per manufacturer's specifications immediately after applying bond coat and curing. d) Applying one more bond coat with MC-76 mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio i.e., 1 part of MC-76 and 1 part of cement over the polycon based net. e) Applying two coats of flex top coats with indofil flexcoat mixed with 85 parts indofil flex coat and 15 parts clean water or applying two coats of Dr.fixit New coat without dilution. Notes: (i) The entire work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge. ii) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Appendix 'D' for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treatment in bone dry condition for 5 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages / defects.

Providing and filling Brick bat (40-60 mm) with cement mortar mixed in ratio 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 brick bats) including mixing of water proofing compound @ 2 % by weight of cement to sunk portions of toilets, kitchen projection, terraces depressed areas at all levels , locations, heights and lead etc., complete to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. Further surfaces shall be screeded with (1:1.5:3) cement concrete mix with approved waterproofing compound @ 2 % by weight of cement about 20-30mm thick and finished smooth or ready to receive finish material as specified. Note : - a) No deductions shall be made for the areas occupied by pansand other fittings & fixtures. b) entire work shall be carried out a per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC. c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Appendix 'D' for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treatment in bone dry condition for 5 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages / defects.

Providing & fixing uPVC Multi Floor Trap / Nahani Trap 110 x 75 x 50 size of Supreme make or equivalant Cat No. SWRMFT 1 to 3 size having not less than 40mm effective water seal fixing the trap in position and connecting with waste water pipe by cement solvent / as per manufacturer's recommandation, embedding the trap in cement concrete 1:2:3 to correct level and gradient, providing and fixing 110 x 110 mm size top tile with central strainer / flush strainer, closing the side inletes with plugs if required etc. all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing uPVC Gully trap of 150 X 100 mm size with 100mm outlet with grating of approved make, placing at correct position , embedding in cement concrete 1:2:4, 100mm thick around complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the E.I.C.

Structural steel work using M.S. YST 240 grade of approved manufacturer welded, riveted, bolted in builtup sections, trusses, staircase, railings, ladder and framed work for the following at all floors and locations, heights including scaffolding, bracing, multilevel staging, lead etc. in grills, gaurd bars for windows, frames, covers, cover brackets, flat / curve roofs, slanting chajja, compound wall, drain covers, etc. using specified structural steel sections like angles, tees, flat, bars, chequared plates, sheets, channels, I-Sections, M.S. Angles, tubes, pipes, RHS, SHS, Joists, bolts & nuts etc. of required shapes, Sizes including supplying, cutting, fabrication, welding, bending to shapes (cuvred), wastages, hoisting /erecting, fixing in position, making holes / chases wherever required and fixing / embedding in positions in concrete / brickwork with necessary anchors fasteners, bolts etc. and finishing the concrete / brick work after fixing / embedding including painting one coat zinc chromate primer over shop coat of approved anticorrosive primer and two coats of syntetic emanel paint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directied by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing stainless steel Anchor fastner 12 mm dia. and 160 mm long (approx) of Hilti make HSL-3 or its equivalent including drilling holes to required depth, cleaning the same and fixing of fastner in proper position at all levels etc. complete all as per drawing/sketch, specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated with high durable polyster paint G.I. CRCA 0.5mm (min.) thick steel sheets manufactured by M/s. Safintra sheets of other approved equivalent make in Trimflute profile fixing over structural steel members on terraces including necessary ridges and gable ends, vally and 200mm overlapping, fixing the sheet with self tapping SS Screws fixed with machine with bituminous washers / G.I. bolt of 8mm. The base metal shall be CRCA steel as per IS: 513, having minimum yield strength of 240 MPA and minimum UTS of 280 MPa galvanized to 120 gsm zinc coating mass (total both sides) as per IS: 277, conforming to AS:35366 class 3 of Rustshield / corroshield make etc. all complete as per approved drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing 3mm thick transparent / translucent polycarbonate sheet at all floors & locations as per drawing, design and pattern using stainless steel self tapping screws & washer at 450 mm C/C including labour, materials, scaffolding, cutting, wastage and necessary overlap as per manufacturer's specification etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC. (new structural steel shall be paid in relavent item)

Providing and erecting double bamboo scaffolding using minimum 50 to 75mm dia best quality bamboos tied with coir rope and the horizontal and vertical members of the bamboos to be provided as required at spacing's of not more than 900mm apart both horizontally and vertically including providing cross supports as struts to the scaffolding properly to the building for maintenance/ repair works of external surfaces of buildings as and when required including providing necessary safety belt and helmet to the workers, dismantling the scaffolding and taking back the scaffolding, safety belt and helmet after the repair works are completed including cost of transportation, labours, bamboos, wireropes etc. All complete as per specifications and directed by the EIC.

a)Double bamboo scaffolding

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site,simultaneous transportation and disposed at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved Manufacturers Like M/s Astra , M/s Anuvi, M/s Apcotex or other approved equivalent manufacturer confirming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. Appearance: Milky white Ph- value : 9-10 Specific gravity : 1.055+/-0.005 Solid contents(%w/w)-: 44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 degree C temperature (in sec): 15-20 Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party Lab. is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply. 5. Bond coat should be applied @ 0.37 ltr./layer/sq.m. 6. Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10

a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Polymer used for this work in Kg shall be measured for payment.

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build Well ready mix plaster ' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd / Readymade polymerised Dry mix Plaster - Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt. Ltd.or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary and making nosing in plaster wherever required, at all floors and levels, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acrylic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure Of M/s. FOSROC or other equivalent ( as per manufacturer's specification ) including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC. NOTE:1. The contractor must take full precautions that original brick work is not damaged while dismantling of plaster. In case of any damage the same shall be made good with 22g chicken wire mesh at his own cost . No separate payment for any additional thickness of plaster if any will be made. Contractor must visit site and acquaint himself with the condition of building.

Carrying out non destructive /semi destructive test as mentioned below at all levels and locations including errcting scaffolding, hoists, tools , equipments instruments material labour etc. wherever necessary removing existing plaster exposing concrete surface in RCC columns beams slabs chajjas etc. Carefully by mechanically dry cutter removing existing corrosion manually/ mechanically in reinforcement steel by means of light taping etc without causing any damage to existing structure including preparation of surface by grinding applied pop etc as per relevant BIS standard or ASTM/ BS / AS standards established literature (if relevant BIS standard is not yet published ) complete all as directed by engineer incharge.

a) Ultrasonic pulse velocity tests after preparing the surface area of approx 150 by 150 mm in RCC structure member such as column beams slabs etc by chipping the Plaster surface finishing cladding to expose the concrete, smoothening the area using carborundum stone and conduct ultrasonic pulse velocity test all as per IS 516 part 5 sec 1:2018 including analysis of strength and submission of results to EIC.

b) Half cell potential test including preparing the surface of RCC structure member such as columns beams slabs etc to expose the reinforcement Steel clean the area with blower/wire brush and carry out the half cell potential test farming to is 516 part 5 sec 22021 for measuring the level of corrosion of limforcement Steel in the RCC member including analysis of the tests and submitting the results to EIC.

Providing Stainless steel Dome mesh / jallifabricated out of 1.5 mm dia 304 gradestainless steel wires welded to 15 mm x15 mmx1.00 mm thick "L" shaped stainless steel basering / frame of same grade for PVC/C.I rainwater down take pipes on terrace floorincluding fixing the above unit over the inletof the rain water pipe by embedding in waterproofing using cement mortar / concretemixed with water proofing compoundincluding the cost of fixing materials etc. allcomplete as specified and as directed by EIC.

a) Half Spherical Dome having opening 5 to 10 mm of 160 mm ID

Providing multi coloured China Mosaic waterproofing over concrete/plastered surface ofhorizontal, vertical, sloped/ curved surfaces,rounded vatas, sharp corners, junctions etc.,using broken pieces of approved colour ceramic tile laid over and including 20mmthick cement mortar 1:3 screed mixed withapproved waterproofing compound @ 2% byweight of cement, cost of all materials, labour,curing, breaking the tiles to the pieces ofrequired size and shape, laying / fixing thetile pieces to the required line, slope, levelsetc., providing extra screed as required forquick & easy flow of water, curing etc., at allheights including necessary scaffolding,cleaning the surface initially with saw dustand finally with acid all as per specificationsand as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentling of existing all types flooring including bedding mortar and disposing off from old creche to dumping yard in anushakti nagar etc.complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
