Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m deep and n.exc 1.5m wide and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable & 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct inside the sub station building complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 Cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Design, Supply , Installation, testing and commissioning of air cooled variable refrigerant flow ( VRF ) modular type condensing units, each comprising of all inverter driven scroll compressors , the out door shall be full charge of green refrigerant gas (R-410a/R-407), lubricating oil and all accessories as per the specifications.The system shall have refrigerant cooled PCB , all necessary safety devices shall be provided to ensure safe operation of the system, unit should be equiped with a highly efficient oil seperation system to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping . The condensing units shall be suitable to work on cooling mode ONLY. Quoted price shall be inclusive of factory provided anti corrosion coating for aircooled condensers. The condensing units shall be suitable for smooth operation on 415 ± 10% volts, 50Hz, 3 phase AC power supply, Minimum EER should be 3.3 at 100 % load, 502 at 50% load at AHRI conditions complete with mounting arrangement as per manufactuer standards and the condensing units shall be VRF Outdoor unit 20 HP capacity. Note: The cost deemed to inclusive of preparation of schematic layout of copper pipe line & cables from Outdoor unit to Indoor Unit as per site condition complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install hi wall split units inverter type indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity 2 TR ( One for MSO Room & E6 Plotter machine) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Air termination vertical type, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including necessary fixing arrangement with copperGI nut/bolts/washers etc complete on PCC (1:3:6) type C1, block of size 50x30x30 cm in and provn of GI tubing medium grade 50mm dia 0.6 Mtr long fixed in PCC block one end and other end fitted with air terminal rod complete all as specified and directed.
