Laying IPS waterproofing layer Providing and applying polymer (Tapecrete of Cico make or equivalent ) cement slurry in Ratio of 1:1.5 as Bond coat on the cleaned area and Laying 25-32 mm thick ready mix Cement Mortar mixed with approved waterproofing compound (Cico Super make or equivalent @ 100 ml per 50 kg. of Cement), finish smooth with cement slurry, marking the finished surface with pattern as matching the old finishes etc. including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, tools & tackles and consumables all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying Block bats waterproofing treatment Providing cement based waterproofing treatment to terraces / chajjas including cleaning the concrete surfaces, giving injections to the top slab as required with cement & approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids honey-combs etc. in the concrete slab whereever required and setting "autoclaved aerated light weight block bats" coba in waterproof mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with necessary gradient for easy flow of water and laying Cement Mortar layer 20 mm tk. with waterproofing compound over block bat coba (Cico Super make or equivalent @ 100 ml per 50 kg. of Cement) including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, tools & tackles and consumables all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling of false grooves Cleaning the existing false square marks up to 3 mm deep on brickbat and filling the same with epoxy putty of approved or PMM with fine sand. The surface shall be properly level to the adjacent surface for installation of waterproofing membrane.

Applying SFMC micro concrete Providing SFMC Micro concrete for strengthening of structural members including mixing, pouring, curing as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Using 100% SFMC

APP modified water proofing membrane Providing and fixing APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified pre fabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sqm or as per manufacturer specifications by the same membrane manuifacturer. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc. with lappingof 10 mm and 150 mm on sides and ends respectively and preparing the surface complete. and applying refective coating red oxide on top of the finished surface. (The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Chemical based waterproofing treatment Providing Chemical based water proofing of modified acrylic emulsion Polymer and Elasomeric waterproofing coating of "M/s. INDOFIL"- MC-76 or approved equivalent product over terrace slab/ parapet/ side walls etc. at all elevations including polycon based fibrous net complete including cleaning and preparation of surface and testing by ponding water complete with following operations. 1. Removing of all loose materials by wiremesh and clean entire terrrace with clean water by using water jet wherever required. 2.Open all visible crack by plaster cutting machine in "V" shape. 3. Dilute Indifil binder with water in the Ratio of 1:4 and pour on the bare slab to be treated. 4. Apply Indfofil binder and cement in the ratio of 1:1 and water to obtain paste like consistancy and fill the cracks. 5.Apply Indofil bond coat of INDOFIL binder and cement in the ratio of 1:1 to entire terrace. 6. First coat of INDOFIL binder & cement at the rate of 1.48sq.m per litre of Indofil. 7.Lay polycon based firous net (polyester geotextile of minimum 80 GSM) for entire area immediately before drying of first coat to get proper bonding. 8. Apply one miore coat of INDOFIL binder & cement above fibre net. 9. Apply 2 coats of INDOFIL- FlexCote -WP @ 2.40 Sq.M per litre with dilution 10% weight of potable water. 10.Test the surface for water tightness

KEMPEROL V 21O OF KEMPER SYSTEM waterproofing Supply and application of KEMPEROL V 21O OF KEMPER SYSTEM waterproofing or approved equivalent in 2.0 mm thick by using three component liquid applied system based on unsaturated polyester resin with polyester fleece as reinforcement in the follwong steps . a) On the previously prepared surface apply, KEMPEROL EP Primer evenly with the help of a Nylon Brush. Consumption of Primer should be 300 to 500 gm/m2 depending upon nature of substrate. b)Sprinkle silica sand (0.3 to 0.7 mm) @ 100 gm per Sqm on the wet primer. c)After atleast 12 Hrs of primed surface apply KEMPEROL V 210 mix with help of a Nylon roller or Brush.(Consumption of KEMPEROL V 210 should be 1.7 to 2 Kgs/m2 in the first coat ). d) Roll out the KEMPEROL Fleece of 165 GSM over the KEMPEROL V 210 wet mix. (overlaps of Kemperol fleece should be not less than 50mm over the joints). e) Remove all wrinkles and then saturate completely with KEMPEROL V 210. (consumption of KEMPEROL V 210 in the top coat should be 0.9 to 1 Kgs/m2 ). (Total consumption for Kemperol V210 should be @ 2.6 to 3.0 Kg/m2 in complete item). The tensile strength of the complete system/ membrane should be more then @ 8.0 N/mm2 and Elongation more than 44 % (with Fleece). etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : The Applicator shall provide 10 years Performance guarantee for the complete waterproofing work. (Manufactured by Kemperol Systems and application by Kemperol Authorized Applicator of Platinum Category)

Ready Mix external Plastering Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound of approved make for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete.all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Waether silicon sealant Filling the gap between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC / Brick work / Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete Up to 6 mm depth and 6 mm width. 1. Note: Temporary Scaffolding will be erected by the contractor as whever need and not extra payment will be made of it.

Demolishing CC or RCC works Demolishing C.C / R.C.C works by mechanical means and stock piling at designated locations carefully with out damaging adjacent structures and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately including cutting reinforcement bars all as directed at site.

Removal existing chemical based waterproofing layer Removing exisiting chemical waterproofing treatment and bitumen based waterproofing treatment from terrace and parapets etc, disposal within 50m. Note : All surfaces shall be made free from gross irregularities, loose, unsound or foreign material such as dirt,water, grease, oil, release agents, lacquers, or any other condition that would be detrimental to adhesion of the primer and membrane. This requires careful preparation of existing horizontal and vertical substrates; cracks are filled, expansion joints, flashings (if any) are prepared. Substrates and penetrations shall be prepared to rigorous industry standards, and may require scarifying, sandblasting or grinding in some cases to achieve a suitable substrate and the cost of the above work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Removal existing brick bat coba waterproofing layer Removing of unsound terrace water proofing from roof top including cement mortar, brick bat, conveying and disposing the debris with a lead upto 50M etc. complete.

Unit rate for metal scrap materials packing in drum Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismantling, cutting packing in drum and stacking within 100 m lead for further disposal works.Note: 1. Drum will be supplied by the department. 2. This Qty will be variation as Qty cannot be prejudge about contaminated metal scrap.

RCC works Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level. Lead charges LEAD charges FOR DEBRIS, by MECHANICAL TRANSPORT for lead EXCEEDING 3 KMS.BUT NOT EXCEEDING 4 KMS. including loading, unloading, stacking/ levelling etc. The rate in respect of this Item is applicable for the NET Quantity arrived at after making deduction for voids @ 20% in case of soil and @ 30% for debris from the corresponding STACK / TRUCK measurements.

SBR POLYMER WORKS Providing structural Repairs in Old Damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer . With following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spaled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete suface and Reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water jet.2) Cleaning the Re bars with Acetone for complete Rust removal and washing with water jet to make the surface free from Acid content. 3) Applying Protective Coat / bond coat using Polymer and Cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 ( 1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in Synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : Washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg ; Silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer ( or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg Washed and dried river sand ; 0.75 Kg Silica Sand : 200 ml polymer)5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20 mm, after every 20 mm thick bond coat as per 2 above to be applied before continuing further structural repair works. This work is inclusive of all materials, labour, scaffolding complete all as directed at site . (Polymer "ROFFE/BASF/FOSROC" or approved equivalent make suitable for Structural repair shall be used ) Note:Note:1)The contractor shall remove the debris generated during repairing from working site to BARC dumping point. 2) Providing suitable temporary scafolding or movable working platform at site and not extra payment will be made for it.

Polymer coating works for filling cracks Providing and applying polymer coating of M/s Indofill or approved over terrace slab/ parapet/ side walls etc. at all elevations upto 11 mtrs height including opening all visible crack by plaster cutting machine in "V" shape , apply Indfofil binder and cement in the ratio of 1:1, add fine silica sand as need and water to obtain paste like consistancy and fill the cracks etc complete as per specificiations and as directed by EIC. Note: Polymer consumption will be measured for payment.

Mandays Mandays required for carrying out miscellaneous civil works including cleaning of drain points, removing/shifting of equipment, lead bricks, metal scrap, unwanted materials lying at site, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-charge

Temporary double tubular scaffolding. Providing and fixing of temporary double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system withM.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes where elevation height shall be atl least 11 mtrs. The payment shall be made only once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. The scafolding shall be dismantled and removed from site after completion of the entire work of this tender.
