SPECIAL REPAIRS RENOVATION OF 10 NOS BUNGALOWS AT DIAT PUNE UNDER GE I RND GIRINAGAR

Dismantling tile work in floors, walls and roofs for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing cement concrete Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Making 50mm thick plinth protection of plain cement concrete in1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) laid over and including 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, formwork, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing brick work built in cement mortar manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick Vitrified tiles in floor with size of Tile 600mm x 600mm with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick Vitrified tiles in 600mm x 600mm size of tile, with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, as in skirting, riser of steps, laid over and including 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7-8 mm thick Anti Skid tiles in floor with size of Tile 400mm x 400mm with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. M&L for 1st quality 7-8 mm thick ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, laid over and including 12 mm thick bed in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 mm thick Granite stone slab colour black, Cherry/Ruby red, Area of slab over 0.50 sqm, gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window cills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick Machine cut cudappah stone slab laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand),and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.
