Lead charges for all soils, by mechanical transport to anywhere in RRCAT CAMPUS, including loading, unloading, stacking/levelling etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : The rate in respect of item is applicable for the net quantities arrived at after making deduction for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of rock from corresponding stack/truck measurements.

Construction of Granular sub base by providing coarse graded material as per grading, spreading in uniform layers on the prepared surface, mixing at optimum moisture content and compacting with vibratory roller/mechanical earth rammer to achieve the desired density complete.

For grading - I material (with 75mm and down size aggregates)

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including consolidating, finishing, curing etc. complete excluding formwork, all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying in position Design Mix REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE of M-25 grade at all levels using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including machine mixing, transporting, weigh batching, mechanical vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing and cost of labour, machinary, and materials etc. complete as per specifications but excluding shuttering, formwork and steel reinforcement.(Minimum Cement content shall not be less than 387kg/cum of concrete.)

Providing and fixing reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete using TMT bars of preffered make having minimum yield strength of Fe 500 or higher grade as per IS:1786 at all levels including supplying, cutting,bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire etc. complete including cost of binding wire as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: 1.The steel reinforcement bars shall be brought by the contractor at the terms & conditions specified. TMT bars manufactured in the preffered make shall only be permitted subject to furnishing of challans, valid test report issued by the manufacturer, pertaining to elongation,yield strength,Bend rebend test etc.

Note : 2. Random testing of sample collected at site shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost. One sample comprising of three specimens shall be collected for every 25 MT of bars brought at site .The representive of department shall associate with the engineer of contractor at each satge right from sampling of testing . All charges ,transport taxes etc shall be borne by the contractor.

Note : 3. The contractor shall be solely respossible all the time for watch & ward of bars/binding wires etc at their own cost.

Note : 4. 1.60 mm dia . Soft drawn annealed BINDING WIRE required for the work will have to be procured by the contractore at their own cost and will not be measured for payment .

Note : 5. Other condtion as stipulated in general condition, special conditions, additional conditions and specification shall also be applicable and no claim whatsoever on account of enforcing these provisions shall be entertained .

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in foundation & plinth upto FFL including curing, raking out joints above ground level, simultaneous pointing below G.L. etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in superstructure at all levels including double scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Half Brick masonry using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in partition walls in C.M. 1:4 at all levels, with stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (100mm x 100mm) size at every 900mm height including double scaffolding, raking out joints, form work for stiffeners, curing etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid for separately under relevant item.

Providing and fixing in position (8 ± 1) mm thick first class double charge vitrified porcelain tiles conforming to IS:15622 of preffered make of size 600mmx 600mm of approved color, pattern and design for flooring, skirting or dado laid in floor, wall of existing concrete or plastered surface over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding or fixed with approved quality adhesive (as per manufacturers specifications), jointed with 3 mm spacer and pointed with matching epoxy sealent finished to levels, slope or plumb as required including cement mortar bedding, cutting of tiles to required size and curing, acid washing etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Non Slippery Ceramic tile flooring/dado using 6mm thick matt finished ceramic tiles of sizes as mentioned below, 1st quality of preffered make over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding, close jointed and pointed with matching cement slurry using white cement pigment mixed with, finished to levels slope or plumb as required including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding, making good the surface before bedding, cutting of tiles, curing, acid washing etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

For flooring using tiles of size 300x300mm, 450x450mm

Coloured Glazed Tile Flooring/Dado of size specified below glazed tiles Ist quality of preffered make with necessary specials & decorative border tiles etc.over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding, close jointed and pointed with matching coloured cement slurry and finished to levels, slope or plumb as required at all levels including cutting of tiles, curing, acid washing etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

For Dado/Skirting using tiles of size 300x450mm

Sand faced plaster 20mm thick in 2 coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at all heights with base coat in cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick and finishing coat in cement mortar 1:3, 8mm thick final rendering, double scaffolding wherever necessary, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing etc. complete and including addition of waterproofing compound @ 2% of weight of cement for the base coat etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement plastering at all levels for internal walls ceilings with cement mortar 1:4/1:5 over brick walls or concrete surfaces, including hacking of concrete surfaces, double scaffolding, curing etc. complete. all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting plastered surfaces at all levels with two coats of ACRYLIC EMULSION PAINT of approved shade and preffered make over one coat of approved cement primer including preparing the surfaces, filling with full putty, scaffolding and cleaning etc. complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting the New exterior walls and roof at all levels with two coats of preffered make exterior paint of approved shade including preparing the surfaces by removing loose dust and dirt with stiff brush and washing the surface with clean water, treating surface with anti-fungus chemical wherever required,filling holes with putty, scaffolding etc.complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position anodized (min of grade AC 5) aluminum louvered ventilators using aluminum alloys extruded section as per preffered make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285. The outer frame shall be of extruded aluminum verticle and horizontal rectangular sections of minimum size 44.0x46.0x1.40 mm thick with adjustable louvers clips on both vertical side to hold and rotated 4 m thick bajri glass strip louvers, C.P. brass screws /stainless steel screws, mastic filling, nuts, washers, Rawl plugs, aluminum packing strips used for anchoring system as per the requirements, transportation, cost of all labours, scaffolding if necessary, machinery, tests, chipping of walls, beams, columns, rectification of plaster, painting if required etc. complete and including providing and fixing bajri glass of 4.0 mm thickness etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fabricating, supplying and erecting factory made single/double leaf metal flush door insulated with polyurethane foam (density of PUF shall be 40kg/m³) of preffered make consisting of 1.5 mm galvanised pressed steel frame of size 105mm x 57mm with suitable stiffeners and 1mm prime quality galvanised pressed steel shutter, 35mm thick shutter with necessary stiffeners for hardware, with applying a coat of two pack epoxy primer and two coats of polyurethane paint etc. complete including Supplying and fixing Mortise Dead lock of preffered make ( 7 lever) 2 way locking facility and key arrangement of both side, eye piece and safety chain, p/f aluminium/CPMS fittings & fixtures, heavy duty stainless steel hinges, locking arrangements, check for correctness of recesses and stiffening plates for all fittings & fixtures, including the cost of grouting the hollow portion of door frame with cement concrete 1:2:4 etc. complete.

( Fittings & fixtures shall be as indicated in tender drawing. ) etc., complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick pre laminated PVC door shutter (conforming to IS: 4020) with PVC door Frame (Choukhat) of preffered make consisting of followings :

1. PVC door frame of size 50x47mm with wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm thick rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred ar corners and joined with 2nos. 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

2. PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and of size 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 95 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top,bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2C tee etc. complete/Neoprene Gasket complete 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side and

joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC solvent adhesive & including all fittings, fixtures & 4 nos. 100 mm long heavy duty S.S. hinges etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer's specification & drawing. Note: Fittings and fixtures shall be as indicated in the tender drawing.

Providing and fixing in position anodized (min of grade AC 5) / powder coated (min 50 microns) Aluminum sliding door fully glazed with glass or opaque using laminated board etc., using aluminum alloys extruded section as per approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285. Vertical and middle horizontal section of door shall be min 80 mm x 44 mm and of thickness minimum 2 mm. Top and bottom horizontal section of door shall be min 120 mm x 44 mm and of thickness minimum 2 mm Snap beading shall be minimum 0.90 mm thick. Cleat angles shall be minimum 25 mm x 25 mm and thickness 2 mm, Horizontal section of door for handling roller shall be min 63mm x 38 mm and of thickness minimum 1.85 mm, Channel section for roller shall be minimum 38 mm x 38 mm and thickness of 1.75 mm, Snap beading shall be minimum 0.41 mm thick., including providing and fixing locking arrangement for lock, heavy duty roller, C.P. brass screws / stainless steel screws, nuts, washers, Rawl plugs, aluminum packing strips used for

anchoring system as per the requirements, transportation, cost of all labours ,scaffolding if necessary, machinery, tests, chipping of walls, beams, columns,rectification of plaster, painting if required etc. and as directed by EIC, Including the cost of providing and fixing float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness and/or 12 mm thick particle board as directed by EIC

Providing and fixing in position heavy pattern screw down gun metal GATE VALVEs of preffered make conforming to IS:778 with hand wheels at top including testing for 10 kg/cm2 pressure with clean and potable water with a minimum testing duration of two hours etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, fixing and testing HDPE pipes of Class PE100 of preffered make for sewerage as per IS 14333: 1996 ensuring thermal stability for waste water, sewage, acids etc. including all HDPE & fittings including jointing with Butt welding including testing the pipes at a pressure of 6 Kg per Sq cm etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge, complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing HDPE/PVC Floor trap of preffered make and self cleansing design with 75mm outlet having a minimum water seal of 50mm with stainless steel grating on top including necessary 1:2:4 cement concrete for embedding the trap etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position best HDPE/PVC Gulley Trap with 150mm x 150mm square inlet and 100mm n.b. outlet of preffered make including embedding the trap in 1:3:6 cement concrete, 150mm x 150mm C.I. grating at top, constructing brick masonry chamber 300mm x 300mm (internal) in 200mm thick brick masonry, embedding the trap plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick inside, outside and all exposed faces, finished with a floating coat of neat cement, providing and fixing C.I. frame and hinged cover weighing not less than 7kg, painting the grating, frame and cover with two coats of approved bitumastic paint etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying,transporting to work site scaterred at various locations of RRCAT premises and placing in proper position locally available ready made Medium duty Pre-Cast R C C covers with frame of Rectangular shape 900 mm x 450 mm internal dimensions, generally as per IS 12592 of following specified clear size including minor cutting,dressing,alighning to fit properly levelled in existing man holes or Inspection Chambers or Gully trap Chambers including rigidly embedding the frame in 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 complete including cost of all materials, reinforcing wires, labourers, taxes,cess,transport ,curing,wastages etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing in position Precast Cement Concrete Jalli, 75 mm thick of approved design & pattern of approx size 300 mm x 300 mm/600 mm x 600 mm using RCC 1:1.5:3 including the cost of formwork & MS reinforcement as per specifications set in C M 1:3, close jointed and pointed with Cement paste including finishing the surface smooth, curing, hoisting & erecting in position etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass Toilet pape roll Holder of preffered make fixing on wall using C.P. brass screws, rawl plug etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing heavy quality fancy variety C.P. brass screw down 15mm n.b. concealed type Stop cocks of preffered make confirming to IS:8931 on G.I./CPVC pipe line complete all as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing heavy quality C.P. brass screw down 15mm n.b foot operated Angle COCKS of preffered make including two nos (1000mm & 600mm long) PVC inlet connection on G.I./CPVC pipe lines, complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Imp. Note - 1) The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for EPF & ESIC deposit shall not be made. 2) The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank. 3) The bidder must possess sufficient manpower & other resources (as detailed in SGF ) required for the timely completion of work.
