Removing excavated material/soils to a distance exceeding 50m, depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.50 cum getting out, returning filling in layers not exceeding 25cm etc, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface in hard/ dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor including tile, terrazo tile and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness(below or above ground level) unreinforced concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good the disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section in trusses / purlins, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushning below interlocking paver tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited spread and leveled in layers ,water and rammed true surfacein plinth protection/ hard standing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in flooring benching to drain, coping, bed block, kerbs etc and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered including necessary use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, Type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in foundations, filling, mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, Type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (Rubber moulded) any shape and size fixing with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel posts and struts including cuttiong tops to sape as required including all necessary drilling, bolting and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in roof trusses, purlins, including distance pieces, cleats etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel work as in caps, bases, angle brackets, cleats or other connecting plates with necessary bolts and nuts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.
