Periodical Maintenance such as SDBC for Batpalasa Purunapani to Kankada Road for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and / or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment

Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00 Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm in each layer with 0.12 cum of 12 mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries but excluding cost and conveyance of bitumen, metal and chips complete as per specfication and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tackcoat including cost of emulsion, Labours, T & P etc. Complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transporting to the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendum roller to acheive the desired compaction asper Clause 508 of MoSRT & H specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision)

Providing 1KM Stone,5th Km stone & 200 m stones on the road as per approved drawing & specification including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, painting, figuring & fixing etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. KM Stone

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2 600 mm equilateral Triangle

Providing and fixing typical sign board with Logo as per MORD specification and drawing.Three MS Plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm size on back edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm . The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm x of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in cement concrete M--15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm ,600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S will be stove enamelled on both sides.Lettering and printing arrows, boarder etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour.All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
