Construction of Granular Sub base Grade - I by providing well graded material(63mm to 26.5mm @35%,26.5mm to 4.75 @45% and 4.75 mm below @ 20%)& spreading in uniform layers with tractor with grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity to achieve the desired density 98% including protection of edges of gsb layers, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintance of diversion road, loading and unloading, all leads and lift etc to achieve CBR 30% compacted thickness in accordance with MORTH technical specification clause 401 and other incidental charges as per the direction of engineer incharge

Providing & laying spreading & Compacting graded stone aggeragate of size 45mm to 22.4mm, 22.4mm to 2.36mm & 2.36mm to 75 microns to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) -100mm compacted thickness by providing,laying,paving and compacting of aggregate gradtion satisfying table 400-13 of MORTH and satisfying the physical parameters as per MORTH table 400-12, mixing in wet mix plant 200 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site and laid in pavers to the required line and grade as per the drawing and compacted with vibrator rollers 8-10 tonnee to achieve the desired density 98% of maximum dry density. The rate including the cost & conveyence of all materials, labour charges for spreading, watering, rammed & consolidation and other tools & plants employed for the work etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers as per MORTH specification 406 IV Revision

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One of cement, four of manufactered sand and eight of hard broken stone jelly) for base/levelling course using 40 mm coarse graded aggregate, The rate including of all material, labour charges, wastage, mixing, curing, compaction, transportation, necessary lead and lifts etc., and shoring, strutting, baling out water wherever necessary ramming,etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying M30 Grade Ready mix concrete with minimum cement content as specification in IS code, using ordinary portland cement of 53 grade from approved manufactures, manufactured sand, 20mm down graded of coarse aggregate necessary admixtures as per requirement to 200mm thick for heavy vehicle parking top surface in panels not exceeding 16 Sq.m., to the required camber, gradient as directed by engineering including necessary centering, shuttering excluding reinforcement which shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items. The Rate to include all designig the mix, batching plant, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all levels, leads, lift, tools and plant employed, fuels, all materials, labour charges, wastage, laying ,providing sleeves, compaction by vibrator, curing,finishing making groove cuttting for expansion and contraction joints, top finished with screed board vibrator and finally finished with power trovell, brooming with wire brush etc., etc complete as per the direction of the engineer in charge

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Fe 500 grade reinforcement with TMT conforming to IS 1786 according to drawing and binding reinforcement with 18 gauge double fold GI binding wire and providing cover blocks to maintanin the cover as required. Rate to include all bending, tying grills,placing, trasportation , lead and lift, tools and plant, fuels, all materials, labour charges wastages, laying at all levels, fixing in position, cost of cover blocks etc to complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying,laying and jointing 32mm PVC Pipes of approved quality and best variety conforming to ISS with ISI mark, - 32mm rigid PVC pipe sleeve et to complete

Providing Bitumen pad (12mm thick) including all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc complete

Supplying and Laying of 140mm dia of HDPE Pipe at sathangadu. The pipe laying below ground level at depth of 1.05m.The rate including cost of HDPE Pipe, Earth work excavation, Labour charges for pipe laying, Cutting and joining the pipe and Transportation charges etc., complete.

Providing groove cutting to expansion/contraction joint in pavement with saw cutting machine by cutting with saw cutting machine the joint for a width 4mm and depth 25mm the rate includes all labour charges, tools and plant employed to finish the work neatly, final cleaning of site etc to complete
