RequiredReceipt for deposition of original EMD issued from Division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD. (The EMD document shall be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated). (Format Annex-A1)

RequiredGST registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents.

RequiredAffidavit/ declarations to be given on letter head of firm on Format given at Annex A2 regarding (a) Contact details Email and mobile No of the firm/agency (for making correspondence), (b) Affidavit regarding Non Debarred/ Suspended in CPWD in Rs. 100/- stamp paper. RequiredValid Electrical Contractor License or undertaking that I/We shall either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate an approved and eligible contractor of CPWD in appropriate class having valid electrical contractor license.

RequiredUndertaking on the letter head of the agency If my/our agency lowest bid is accepted then, I/We shall submit the documents as per Page No. 9 Sr. No. 22 along with Performance Guarantee of the work within the time period stipulated in Clause-1, Schedule-F of the NIT failing which I/We shall be totally responsible for the failure and accordingly Engineer-in-charge shall forfeit my/our EMD against the work without any notice.

RequiredThe certificate issued through LMS (Learning Management System) in ERP under Train the Trainers Program arranged by ERP unit. ERP Training certificate.
