INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

M&L for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) FRLS PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor in and including heavy duty PVC conduit pipe of size 20mm (ISI marked) including fittings & accessories with modular metal flush box and modular white cover plate with frame out for mounting modular switch socket etc including 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC copper conductor multistranded as earth wire connected to the common earth dolly as specified for one light point/fan point/bell point controled by one switch complete all as specified. Note : Modular metal flush box and modular white cover plate measured and paid separately.

Note: Cost of opening in wall and grouting of mild steel work shall be deemed included in the lump sum cost of the building.

Supply and fixing for energy saving tube light luminaires with diffuser LED comprising with CRCA MS box and for fit 18 to 20 watt (max) of 1200mm length retro fit tube rod having thermally conductive material heat sink, lumen output 2100 lumens (min) 6500K, power factor more than 0.95, IP 20 class-I protection with inbuilt LED driver surge protection device, operative on 140-270 volts AC supply complete pre-wired, connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for energy saving and environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium housing luminaire with heat resistant glass and suitable optics for uniform distribution of light 30 watt LED for bldg security light with high efficiency electronic driver, having IP-65 protection, surge protection device, power factor more than 0.9 complete operative on AC supply 140-270 volts pre wired and product should be made in India only including GI pipe 25mm dia light grade not less than 1.2m long bracket fixed to wall/ pole with 02 Nos of clamps made out of 25x3mm nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Four runs of PVC cable 16 sqmm & two run of earth wire 16 sqmm will be considered as one unit.

Supply and fixing energy efficient aesthically designed 2x2 LED, IP-55 flat panel for ceiling mounting which provides soft lights and glare free symmetrical illumination environment friendly LED light for porch illumination as per national lighting code (SP 72:2010) by using security light of less than or equal to 34W (total input power) CCT-5000-5700K CRI>67,PF>0.95, operating performance temp-10 degree centigrade +45 degree centigrade LED module life span 50000 burning hours external surge and over voltage protection device upto 440V along with connection 3 core copper flexible cable of size 0.75 sqmm to be provided with weather proof connector complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth lead GI wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron medium grade 15mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC Chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 & RCC cover in M-20 (Design mix) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES standard Schedule of Rates (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1 m away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) GI earth wire upto main board is included in this item. (iii) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position. (iv) On testing after completion of the job if the desired earth resistance is not obtained then the contractor shall redo the earthing without incurring any extra cost to the government. No claim whatsover shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.

Supply and fixing Health faucet (ABS Body) with 8mm dia 1.00 m long flexible tube (PVC/stainless steel coated) and wall hook complete all as specified and directed

ROAD, PATH, CULVERT AND PCC HARDSTANDING WORKS

Material and labour for cleaning the road surface by removing loose dirt, Scales, Oil/grease spots and foreign matterial and applying 2.50 mm thick road marking paint strips, lines dashes, arrows, letters(retro reflective) of white or yellow colour using hot thermoplastic materials with fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driving by operator on new road surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING WORKS

Material and labour for 200 mm dia boring holes in normal available strata of 30 m depth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for PVC pipe 160 mm dia class 'A' of pressure rating 6Kg/cm² including all necessary fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for perforated/slotted PVC pipe 160 mm dia class 'A' including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pea gravel packing including jute as filter media 4mm to 6mm size around PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling pea gravel of size 6mm to 10mm in RWH pit complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling pea gravel of size 2mm to 4mm in RWH pit complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Material and labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6mm connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth strip connected to test point and protected by galvanized iron light grade 40mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using graded stone aggregate and RCC cover in M-25 (Design mix) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position. (ii) On testing after completion of the job if the desired earth resistance is not obtained then the contractor shall redo the earthing without incurring any extra cost to the government. No claim whatsover shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.

Supply, fixing and testing LED security light fitting 80 watts die-cast aluminium housing, IP-65 protection complete with all accessories as including 1.5 Sqmm 3 core multi stranded copper conductor cable and GI pipe light grade 15mm bore from junction box to street light fitting including 02 Nos of lcamp made out of MS flat of size 25 x 3mm complete with all accessoreis including 40mm dia GI pipe light grade not less than 1.2m long bracket with MS flat of size 25 x 6mm nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for lighting junction on box made of thermoplastic with IP-65 degree of protection, dust proof, water tight, light weight, Acid resistant, Corrosion proof, insulated and shock proof, fire retardant, self-extinguishing, Halogen & silica free non-toxic material, UV resistant (UI subject 94:V2) with internally embedded Gasket, size of (200x160x98)mm, fitted with required 1 No 4 way terminal. The product should hold type test certificates and verification by glow-wire test in accordance with IEC60695-2-11, Canto-K8250 with 6 Amp MCB SP neutral link with 3 phase copper bus bar for connection of cable of suitable size and 40mm dia GI pipe light grade with 25x3mm flat MS clamp including nuts bolts and washers etc complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing RCC LT cable route indicator of size 75x40x10cm duly marked with LT cable made of cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as in foundation of electric poles/struts etc including necessary form work, fair finished embedded in PCC bed incl necessary excavation and re-filling complete all as specified.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Material and labour for cutting and jointing the existing GI pipe line 100mm dia for making branch connection of GI pipe of suitable dia and making thread for suitable insertion of tee of size 100 x 100 x 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 600 x 600 x 600mm (internal size) with mild steel sheet cover 3.15mm thick and frame of angle iron of size 40x40x 6mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including excavation and earth work,150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 as in foundation,brick work in cement mortar (1:6), locking arrangement, and all inner size of pit shall be plastered 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 over brick wall complete all as shown in Drg No CEJZ/TD-1060/08 Sh 1/3 to 3/3.
