Design, supply, erection, testing and handing over of High Mast Structure equivalent with required number of continuously tapered hot dip galvanized steel polygonal sides sections with telescopic strip joints to a total height of 16 meters capable of sustaining the maximum wind pressure at the erection site with single flange base plate secured welded in the bottom of the base mast section with vertically movable hot dip galvanized lantern carriage and accessories such as electrical junction box brackets for providing 8 nos. of flood light luminaries with control gear box complete head frame assembly, Pulley drive, stainless steel wire rope single/double drum self lubricating winch arrangement suitable for raising and lowering the luminaries carriage ring flexible multi core power cable and necessary high tensile hot dipped galvanized foundation, bolt & nuts along with washers and anchor plates and templates including supply and fizzing the following accessories in the Mast. a) Design and casting of suitable foundation with 1:2:4 mix RCC concrete with 30 cm projection above the ground level with 1 meter Width x 1 meter Length and 2 meter depth with necessary galvanized foundation bolts nuts and washers and dump plate enclosing the bolts for the High Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site -1Set. b) High powered power tool complete with hand held control panel and motor with push button type remote control switch suitable for 3 phase 415 V 50 HZ for raising and lowering of the lantern carriage complete to operate all fittings mounted in the base to couple with winch- 1Set. c)Feeder pillar box comprising 0.90x0.45mx1.20m floor Angle iron frame with 63 A TPN main switch 1 no, 63 A fuse unit 3 Nos.63 A power contactor with automatic timer arrangements and reversing starter for the 3 phase motor- 1set. d). Supply and clamping of 4 x 10 sqmm PVC LTUG armored LTUG cable on post or on wall with MS clamps.

Supply and fixing of the 4 x 10 sqmm brass cable gland for the 4 x 10sqmm PVC Armored LTUG cable with earth connection.
