M & L surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil and disposal complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan & getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n exc. 50m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out and filling with PCC all round and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. Note PCC will be measured and paid separately

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hard core of broken stone or boulders, gauge n.exc 63mm, depositing, spreading leveling, watering & ramming to true surface in layers n.exc 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade fixed with grey cement and pigment layed over and including 50 mm thick sand filling, watering, consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks in one brick thick wall, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic & other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. Note Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately )

Material & Labour for new surfaces of wall applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild Steel work in tubular trusses,vertical posts,rafter,purlin including special shaped washer, for fixing ,tapping,screwing etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MS plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS flat iron fillets as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts post struits in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling bolting riveting etc and similar work confirming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces including preparation of new surfaces over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15mm diameter of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10cm and not exceeding 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.
