Ductile iron pipe, for domestic sewage of 200mm diameter (8”), centrifugally cast (spun), ISI marked, spigot and socket joints of "K-9" class including jointing materials like EDPM gaskets in any length laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Concrete bedding, earthwork, DI fittings etc., as required shall be measured and paid separately.

Ductile iron specials / fittings for pressure pipes for sewage i.e bends (any type,radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), tee pieces, single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, tail piece, cross (all socket and spigot), collars, caps and plugs upto 200mm dia as required for laying pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of valve chamber of size 1000mm x 1000mm x 1000mm (inner dimension), with 150mm thick PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2, PCC block masonry 200mm thick built in CM 1:6, 15mm thick internal and external plaster in CM 1:4, external plaster to a depth of 150mm below ground level as also the valve chamber floor, MS sheet cover of size 1200mm x 1200mm, 3.00mm thick including flat iron framework of FI 25mm x 4mm alround the frame and diagonal bracing, base frame of angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 5mm, and 100mm thick PCC coping of 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate with FI hinge, nuts, bolts, locking arrangement, handles etc, lock 7 lever of approved make with duplicate keys, and painting steel surfaces with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel black paint complete including necessary excavation in any type of strata and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cast iron pipes with flanged ends, centrifugally cast, class "B" in any length, including rubber gasket, nuts, bolts, washers etc., to pump sewage from UG well into main header, laid and tested of bore of pipe 80mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:-CI specials / fittings etc., as required shall be measured and paid separately.

CI Specials / fittings i.e bends, tapers, tee pieces (single and double branch), tail pieces any type and angle / radius and straight connecting pieces, bell mouth pieces all specials with ends of flanges / spigot / socket / tapering as required, suitable for upto 200mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and as directed
