Disconnecting supply of transformer HT oil cooled copper wound of capacity 3.15 and 5 MVA, 33/11 KV graded from installed position on sub station, after disconnecting complete electric supply from HV and LV sides including earthing strips for transporting to factory/ workshop/ authorised service centre and back, draining out complete transformer oil and keeping in safe custody in clean and dry containers for re-use of transformer oil, opening top cover for checking the serviceability of coil winding, conditiong of body after repair/rewinding to carry out necessary repairs as on required basis, providing all insulating material like sleeves, tapes, kerb tapes, cork sheet etc, after checking and make functional of tap changer including replacement of unserviceable items (where required) as directed and installing in its original position and making all electric connections with thimbles & PG clamps and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) Major Parts (as required) and Transformer Oil shall be measured and paid for separately as under relevant items of this Schedule. (iii) All minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, insulating material, copper wire for delta connection, etc. shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (iv) Rates are deemed to be inclusive of checking and make functional of WTI, OTI, Buchholz relay including replacement of unserviceable items fixed in Transformer. (v) All T&P required for disconnection, re-connection, loading and unloading, transportation, etc shall be arranged by contractor and rates for the same shall deemed to be included in rate quoted. (vi) Testing of transformer shall be arranged by the contractor for Type Test & Routine Test which shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge and contractor shall submit test certificates to this effect before processing the RAR for payment. (vii) Actual weight of each coil shall be measured and paid seperately under under relevant items of this Schedule. (viii) fitting charges of formed coil included in above quoted rates of this item.

M&L for opening the oil cooled copper wound Transformer capacity 3.15 and 5 MVA, 33/11 KV graded from installed position on existing platform/sub station/ two pole/ four pole structure after disconnecting electric supply from HV and LV sides on site necessary repairs like replacement of washers, replacement of sleeves, valves, taps, kerb tapes, cork sheet, refilling of oil, HV bushing, LV bushing and copper terminal stud both end threaded etc and making transformer leak free by replacing all gasket,seal,cork sheet of top cover,all cooling fins/radiator connecting ends with main body, buchoz relay, oil conservator tank, drain valve,oil temp gauge etc after checking and make fully functional the Winding Temparature Indicator (WTI) and Oil Temparature Indicator (OTI) including replacement of old wiring with new wiring for guage of temp alarm,pressure valve/guage alarm and buchoz relay alarm as directed and installing in its original position and making all electric connections with thimble & PG clamps, commissioning including refilling of transformer oil after dehydration with dielectric strength (min 65 KV) and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) HV/LV bushes, breather assembly, copper terminal stud both end threaded, Transformer oil, valve, cork sheet shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item. (iii) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (iv) Container for keeping the transformer oil safe for reuse shall be arranged by contractor.

Supply only HV bushing assembly with heat resistance gasket, brass metal bush rod/terminal stud & nuts bolts including insulation washer etc with accessories for outdoor/ indoor type transformer of capacity 1.25 MVA to 5 MVA, 33 KV graded complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LV Side bushing assembly with heat resistance gasket, brass metal bush rod/terminal stud & nuts bolts including insulation washer etc with accessories for outdoor / indoor type transformer of capacity 1.25 MVA to 5 MVA, 11 KV graded complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only OTI Guage/WTI Guage transformer of capacity 3.15 MVA to 5 MVA, 33 KV graded complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only sundry items viz cover bolts, plug cap screw, washers, insulation materials etc suitable transformer of capacity 3.15 MVA to 5 MVA, 33 KV graded complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of transformer (Exposed external surface only) installed at site of any installation in Kanasar cantt area, capacity 1.25 MVA to 5 MVA transformer installed on outdoor plinth mounted, by using coarse cloth/sore brush and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel light grey paint with the help of spray gun, including writing SM No./MES No. with paint on black base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of 33 KV VCB installed at site 33 Kv Yard at MRS Kanasar cantt area by using coarse cloth/sore brush and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel light grey paint with the help of spray gun, including writing SM No./MES No. with paint on black base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of 33 KV CT/PT-06 Nos installed at site 33 Kv Yard at MRS Kanasar cantt area by using coarse cloth/sore brush and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel light grey paint with the help of spray gun, including writing SM No./MES No. with paint on black base complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling new mineral grade transformer oil (ISI marked) EHV type conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for topping up in transformer duly filtered with filtration plant to obtain high dielectric strength not less than 70 KV (gap 2.5mm) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrels with test certificate. Cost of barrel shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor and empty barrel will be the property of the Department and same shall be deposited to the AGE E/M Store Yard. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Dehydration & filtration of transformer oil with portable filtration cum dehydration machine to improve the dielectric strength, not less than 70 KV within 1 minute with 4 mm Gap at site of any installation in Cantt area of any capacity/make of transformer installed on pole mounted, indoor/outdoor type plinth mounted complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) All necessary T&P / testing equipment shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor. (ii) Contractor shall ensure that there shall be no wastage of transformer oil. (iii) Contractor shall ensure that conservator tank is full to its level before starting the dehydration. (iv) New Transformer Oil required for topping up shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of this Schedule. (v) Testing of dielectric strength of dehydrated transformer oil of each transformer shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge and cost thereof shall be borne by the contractor.

Supply and fixing Silica Gel blue in crystal complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installation, connecting and testing in replacement of gang operated Air break switch, mounted on insulators HT 33 KV 400 Amps rating, Triple pole, Twelve insulator suitable for horizontal mounting fixed and spring loaded revolving tinned brass/copper copper contacts, galvanized steel base frame, 32mm bore med grade pipe Galvanized operating rod (Medium Grade), operating handle, locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed. (i) Cross arms of 2 pole/4 pole structure reqd for installation of GO switch, if required additional, shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Scope of wk shall include ACSR conductors PVC sleeves, PG clamps and thimbles required for jumpers/connections to OH lines of 2 poles/ 4 poles structures and outgoings feeders.

Material & labour for replacement of lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps 33000 volts complete including taking down the existing lightening arrestor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Disc type insulator cap and ball pin type with ball and socket coupling type, porcelain, vitreous non porous brown suitable for 33 KV line for tension or Suspension of ACSR conductor including clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to existing two/ three/Four pole gang operated air break switch horizontal/vertical throw incl taking down old unsv male/female contact set and providing in replacement new male female contact set copper with silver coated ,spring loaded suitable for 400 Amps complete with jumpers from GOD to OH line & DO to GOD complete with thimbles incl HT tape reqd for repairing HT end termination joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preventive maintenance / repairing by opening and taking out the Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) /33 KV 800/1250 Amp and carry out the general maintenance such as oiling & greasing the mechanical parts, motor, gear, lever spring, operating rod, cleaning the female contacts, tightening of nuts and bolts, cleaning the male and female contact of panel, oiling the bus bar shutter, checking the AC/DC wiring, circuit including control fuses and circuit jack, on/off push button, indicating lamp, voltmeter, ammeter, PF meter, replacement of minor parts (where required) and testing after re-inserting the VCB in panel complete all as specified and directed. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch A as "Supply only".

Supply only Anti Pumping Relay should not be plug in type & should have suffcient number of contact complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Tripping coil having copper material through actuating device rated for Substation DC voltage 12/ 24 /110 V ,burden value < 200 watt, Min operating Voltage of 70% for tripping and 85% for closing operation as per existing installed on site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Closing coil having copper material through actuating device rated for Substation DC voltage 12/ 24 /110 V ,burden value < 200 watt, Min operating Voltage of 70% for tripping and 85% for closing operation as per existing installed on site complete all as specified and directed.

The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Schedule 'A' as "Supply only"

M&L for testing and adjusting the following relay including checking and rectifying the tripping circuit complete, Calibration of relay for 33 KV VCB panel including 33 KV VCB-02 Nos complete all as specified and directed. Clearing away all vegitation saplings, shrubs, bushes, undergrowth roots and removing rubbish from inside area of MRS, 4 pole structure, feeder pillar box and sub Stn and removing outside of MRS complete all as specified and directed. (Note :-The contractor will ensure that no vegitation grows during the contract period on the area so excavated)

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing, insertion of DWC pipe of size 150mm dia for protection of HT cable laid in trenches/ducts with proper way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 33000 Volt (Earthed) grade of cross sectional area 240 Sqmm, 3 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable HT cable, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) DWC/GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 33 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable jointing kit, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 33 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable jointing kit, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in replacement of Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) of any size as directed, stringing for overhead line on 33/11 KV HT poles including jointing with and including aluminium binding wire 2 mm dia, jumpers, line tapes, conducting jelly, stretching properly and connecting with suitable PG clamps, etc including dismantling and taking down old existing unserviceable aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/type/capacity, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) The ACSR conductors shall conforming to IS-398 (Part-II) and as specified in SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall also deemed to include for supply and fixing of binding wire, aluminium tapes, etc which shall not be included in the weight of conductors for payment. (iii) Weight of conductors shall be determined by measuring the horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra shall be added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc. (iv) Weight of the conductors shall be calculated from the nominal weights given in tables in the relevant IS code.

S&F in replacement of cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilled holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed with & including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces after preparation of surfaces including taking down old cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (i) Sizes, sections & types of members and shape of the cross arms etc shall be as required at site and all as directed. (ii) Un-exposed steel surfaces shall be given one coat of red-oxide zinc chromate primer only. Cost of the same is included in unit rate of the item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (iii) Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

Supply, installation, testing of advanced maintenance free environment friendly CPRI approved earthing 10 feet long 50mm dia earth electrode made high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecular bonded copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonded thickness 250 micron) with terminal to connect incoming Copper 25x3mm earthing strips with the equipment/transformer including 02 bags (30 Kg each) of environment friendly back fill compound with ROHS test certificate for each. The remaining space will be filled with soil and top of earth pit covered with high density polymer. Earth pit chamber cover of dimension (300 mm x 300 mm x 214 mm) with locking seal as to achieve the desired ohmic value including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Payment will be released only after the resistance value achieved less than 1 ohm. If value of resistance found more than 1 ohm contractor will do the fresh earthing without any extra cost.
