Repair and Rehabilitation of old Cement Godown East Facing RCC Building to Differently Abled Intervention Centre in Cheranmahadevi Panchayat Union Office Premises.

Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in the following classification of soils as directed by TWAD Board officers.

Dismantaling of concrete and roughening the surface and cleaned away from the site including cost of all labour charges etc.,

Dismantling the existing Brick/Stone masonry walls in cement mortar under 3m height and cleaned away from the site including cost of all labour charges etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm HBGS for levelling course for foundation including the cost of mixing concrete, ramming, curing etc., complete as directed by TWAD Board officers.

Filling the basement with EXCAVATED EARTH including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete.

Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) Using anti-skid tiles (Observed Data)
