Construction of Water Harvesting Structures (PART-I)

Site preparation clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegeation, grass, bushes, shrubs, samplings and trees grith upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of the unserviceable materials etc. as directed

Excavation for Structure Earth work in excavation of foundation for structures as per drawing & technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring & bracing, removal of stumps & other deleterious matter, dressing of sides & bottom and backfilling in trenches with approved material.

Sand Filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing and Technical Specification

Plain Cement Concrete Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 normal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm normal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

RCC Works RCC Works in in sub structure complete as per drawing & technical specification and steel shuttering form work. (E)RCC Grade M20 (a) Height upto 5.00m

Supplying, fitting & placing TMT bar reinforcement in substructure complete as per drawing & technical specifications. (i) With TMT-IS 1786 ( Fe-500 D) Primary Producer (TATA/ SAIL/ Esser Steel/ Jindal panther steel/ Shyam steel or equivalent) (Fe500 grade) rebar

Plastering Plastering with cement mortar ( 1 : 3 ) on R.C.C. works

Laying of filter media Providing and laying of filter media with granular material/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirment laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size toward the Head Wall to the full height compact to a firm condition complete as per drawing and specification.

Earh Work Earh Work in filling in front of the guid bund by head load up to lead of 60m with approved quality all leads and lifts ramming and compacting with rammer weighing not less than 10kg and falling from height of not less than 90cm and sprinkling with water if necessary.

Boulder apron Providing & laying boulder apron on gully bed in up stream and down stream of RCC structure for protection against scour with stone boulders weighting not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing & technical specifications.

Coffer Dam Earth work by head load in filling embankment in layers not exceeding 20cm thick including breaking of clods, dressing and sectioning, cambering and ramming, within a lead upto 30m & lift upto 1.50m including payment of land compensation for obtaining earth from private or Govt. land as required. (ii) Ordinary Soil, Basti land, Low marshy land
