Demolition of Brick work / Stone work built in Cement mortar of any description and in any position

Taking down cement plaster on walls/ceiling etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Material and Labour for Dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls in CM 1:4.

M & L for plastering in CM 1:4 15 mm thick on fair faces of walls incl all bye works .

M & L for Granite 20mm (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M & L for Granite providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete.

M & L for applying epoxy bonding agent for appling in old damaged concrete to facilitate bonding with fresh concrete.The bonding agents should be brush applied on the prepared surfaces and pouring bof concrete shoud be done when Brands viz.(FOSROC/DR.Fix It/ M/S.STP) or Suitably equivalent make.

Cutting holes,Exc 400 sq. cm but n exc 0.10 but in brick walls built, in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar or walls of lime concrete

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B2 20mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M & L for R.C.C A1 Type, 1: 1.5: 3 mix, 20mm graded aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, column, beam, plinth beams, roof slab etc.,

M & L for form work to side and soffit of RCC Member such as walls, retaining walls, foundation, plinth beams etc., and the finishing shall be of fair finished surface

Suppy and fixing of Fe -290 (Gde- E- 165) roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by packing ,using power tool fitted with floor cutter/wheel sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust,etc.

Supply and fixing of TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spiraling for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS Wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Supply and fixing of TMT Bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spiraling for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS Wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Supply and fixing of frosted Glass (Thickness in 5.5 mm) Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane ground or obscured or frosted, on one side.

Supply and application of Polyurethane based sealant for filling of visible cracks up to 10mm width and 5mm depth. PU sealant material shall have elongation more than 700%. Supply and application of seamless Polyurethane (PU) based elastomeric coating exposable to atmosphere. The work consisting a) Supply & Application of PU based primer minimum of 100gms per SQM b) Supply & Application of seamless PU based elastomeric coating over a primer coat to achieve a thicnkess of 1.5mm DFT in two coats,with an application rate of minimum 2.1 kg/Sq.m,having minimum solid coatent (ASTM 836) of more than 85% and elongation also more than 400% c)Supply & Application of Protective UV top coat @ 0.25 kg/sq.m The contractor shall use the material from the reputed manufacturers such as (" Master Builder Solution"/"MYK Arment"/"Dr. Fixit"/ " Alchimica" /"Bostik" / "Tecnopol") or suitably equivalnet make as approved by EIC)

Dismantling of false ceiling boards(fibre, pulp, insulation etc.,) or insulation boards/slabs. blankets of any thickness and removing to CE Stores as directed.

Supply and fixing of Anodised aluminium snap grid size of ( 605 x 605 mm) frame work for false ceiling in all as specified.

Material and Labour for exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm x 8mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for painting board in ceiling with one coat of primer over two coat of sythetic enamel paint including paint including preparation of new surfaces.

Material and labour for applying two coat of exterior plastic emulsion on external wall surfaces (two storey building ) all complete (MAKE:- ASIAN Paint / NEROLAC / BERGER) or Equivalent make

Material and labour for applying two coats of internal emulsion on internal wall surfaces all complete.

S/F of M.S Scaffolding system with necessary M.S Joint/Clamp as required at site. The staging type scaffolding has to be removed type and it has to fixed for a height of approximately 3 floor from the ground level. The contractor including the provision of staging at required intervals for the men to work at the required spots.

Removal of excavated rocks exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 22W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete. (Make: PHILLIPS/ BAJAJ/ HAWELS/ CROMPTON) or suitably equivalent make.
