Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick avg screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick avg screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as specified in srl item No 4 above light shade tiles but on vertical surface such as in skirting/dado etc over and including backing coat of 10mm thick rendering CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 600 x 300 x 7-8 mm thick, such as skirting, dados , etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and rounding to edge of granite as per required and including dismantling of existing granite of any description including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls, pillers, cornices etc by scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts , trading oil and greasy spots and including cracks/holes in surface filling with white putty and scrapped surface area to obtain smooth finishing with wall care putty as required and providing two coats of acrylic emulsion with 1st quality acrylic emulsionr (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification and using roller brush , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All same as per srl item No 92 above but one coat.

M & L for preparation of new surface decorated brick/concrete/ plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls/ ceilling , pillars, cornices by brooming down etc and applying 2mm thick wall care putty to prepare the surface even & smooth using sand paper and applying two coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre over a coat of interior wall primer using roller brush complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as Specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old Steel and Iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as Specified and directed.

S&F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth.0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire tinned tacks or galvanized wire staple.

NOTE (a) The work mentioned in above items shall be carried out including in multi storied buildings (G+8) which may require scaffolding or Jhulla arrangements or any other T&P items are included in the quoted rates by the contractor. (b) Laying CPVC/GI/PVC drain pipes to be carried out from top of roof slap up to bottom of bldg floor wise through shaft area and as per site requirement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) All debris obtained from demolition item shall be removed from the site at daily basis to avoid any seepage/leakage from roof slab and deposit the debris out of the MoD land.
