Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 1 O mm to 25 mm (HSR 5.43.1)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 500x500 mm (HSR 10.63.1)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1 :6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (HSR 11.9.2)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:-One or more coats on old work (HSR 30.28.1)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface (HSR 30.37.1)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having voe content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Old work (one or more coats) (HSR 30.25.1)

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST?CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion):- Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same.(HSR 4.40.5)
