Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Main Curtain:- a. Curtain machine shall be fully automatic type equipped with a carbon steel track rails & brackets fitted with rollers of brass and nylon material fitted with sealed bearings self lubricating. The rollers are assembled to one set of two for sliding horizontally. All rollers are pushed & pulled with master roller clamp with 3mm dia steel wire rope, the winch machine is fitted with variable speed controlled motor of 1 HP of Crompton/Seimen complete with control panel with accessories(L&T/Legrand/Siemens) i:e of 1 HP, Relays, Micro switches, Push buttons and indicating lamps. The curtain cloth should be fire retardent (certificate of compliance), high quality Velvet cloth 250 gram./per mtr of approoved color, drapped to half of full width operated from control panel with control switches,having option of manually operation also etc.with 5 years warranty as required as per site requirement compleate in all respect.Make HMI/EMI/SAB/Raymond/Reliance/Nexgen.

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Lighting Bar:- FOH 40 NB dia pipe of full length trussing with adequate clamps, this lighting bar painted in side, out with zinc chromate primer finally coated with black quick drying enamel paint etc.with 5 years warranty as required compleate in all respect.Make HMI/EMI/SAB/Raymond / Relience/Nexgen.

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Side Wings:- Made from MS pipe 40mm dia pipe wrapped with velvet cloth of approved shade with bush on top & bottom on same axis, bottom bush fixed on stage floor with anchor bolts plate ete etc.with 5 years warranty as required as per site requirement compleate in all respect.Make HMI/EMI/SAB/ Raymond/Relience/Nexgen.

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Frills:- Made from dark shade of approoved colour cloth to be installed above the stage with 1 inch dia pipe adjustable at position according to the stage director’s instructions etc.with 5 years warranty as required compleate in all respect.Make HMI/EMI/SAB/Raymond/Relience/Nexgen.

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Cable Trays:- cable trays of size 4”x2”- 16 gauge sheet CRC, for wiring of stage lights & sound system and enrooted to control roometc.as approoved by the engg incharge with 5 years warranty as required as per site requirement compleate in all respect.

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Fabrication on Stage :- For holding entire fixtures, lights, wings, light bar and other accessories, made fr om 40x40x6mm angle with supports etc. with flat & angle iron.

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Control Room:- P/F Expension of window for projection & vision on stage with sliding glass.

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Winch Suspension System:- Motorized bars winch operated suspension sets 250 kg capacity, 4 lines block winch unit with handle and ratchet, clew plate and steel wire rope, winch liftting etc., for lighting bars, scenery sets and front masking frill.etc.with 5 years warranty as required compleate in all respect.Make HMI/EMI/SAB/Raymond/Relience/Nexgen

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Side Ladders :-P/F Side ladders made of 2”x1” pipe for hanging lights from side in between side wings etc.with 5 years warranty as required as per site requirment compleate in all respect.

Note:All the rates quoted by the contractor shall be complete finished work including Five year warranty and cost of all labour, material, scaffolding, finishing as required with tools, plants, lead, lift, taxes, tollage, octroi, royalties etc. All works shall be executed as per drawings, specification and instructions of Site incharge and shall include the supply and installation at site of all the equipment, ancillary materials as specified and all such items what-so-ever which may be required to fulfill the intent and purpose as laid down in the specification and/or the drawings. The material shall be duly approved by Site incharge before incorporation in the actual work. For general specifications Max-± 5% deviation in parameters will be allowable provided that it may not effect the performance of the system.
