Taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring any type including batten/casing caping for light/ fan/bell/socket or power and including unscrewing from board, fitting and fixure such as switches,socket, ceiling rose,lamp holder,pendants, bracket and regulator etc and removing material from site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for light point or fan point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade IS694-1990 controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through PVC conceal conduit medium grade of size 20 mm with all accessories on wall/floor/ceiling including necessary chipping /grooving etc with 16G MS pressed steel terminal box with 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting of fittings like switch, socket and fan regulator complete and making good the disturbed surafce (including necessary painting to match the existing surface) complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Sufficient electrician /helper and other required items are to be provided immediately for repair/replacement as and when intimated irrespective of quantity).

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, MES SSR Part I- 2009 with 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe as a protection to earthing lead and 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering purpose including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit with cover, cast iron frame complete and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Notes (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC with suitable Mild steel handle in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (ii) PCC pit shall be provide at least 500 mm away from the earth pit and not on just on the eath pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings junction etc shall be deemed to be included in the rate. M&L for services of jointing/taping or checking the electrical connections and securing after defect rectification in existing points/connection/items for light/call bell/ fan/regulators/capacitor/ sockets/ switches/ceiling rose/ switch socket boards/ junction boxes /metal/MCB sockets/power sockets or connected circuits till MCB controll in DB/earthing complete and refixing the existing items after defect rectification, as and when required/directed complete all as specified and directed.
