S & F in repair for powder coated mild steel drapery rod of 20 mm inner dia (in lengths as directed) of approved colour with and including decorative finial at both ends and pair of powder coated mild steel brackets fixed at both ends fixed with PVC rawl plug and steel screws on walls/beam, complete all as directed.

S & F Stainless steel hollow pipe of grade SS-304 quality Sch 40S fabricated to form post and frame work for steel railing by proper welding etc including Stainless steel finials/caps over exposed pipe ends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , fabrication and fixing powder coated (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) anodized aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling coarse of floors, surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for vitrified steps tiles with bull nosing full body marble granite series of size 120cm x 30 cm x 12mm for tread and risers (height of risers 15 to 20 cm) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and directed. M & L Glazed vitrified tiles(Rustic) Multistone gray (Rectangular) area of each tile 300mmx 600mmx 8-12mm thick, in wall set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete as diredcted. (Make :- Johnson or equivalent makes listed in List of Makes)

M & L for Pavement floor vitrified tiles of size exc 0.09 Sqm but not exc 0.36 Sqm 10mm thick (Endura tiles of Johnson or equivalent makes listed in List of Makes) set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment to match the colour of tiles in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface or on fair faces of brick surfaces of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and rough for receiving wall tiles/dado complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick masonry/ concrete surface in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
