Pile boring using hydraulic rig for cast-in-situ pile from existing gorund level through ordinary soil upto N-Value not exceeding 50N / hard strata. Pile cage shall be lowered using crane and tremie pipes shall be lowered thorugh pile shaft and fresh water flushng shall be undertaken to clear the shaft prior to concrete pouring. M30 Grade concrete shall be pored through a funnel into the tremie as per IS 2911 methodology. Excvating a recircuating pit for pile works with supply of fresh water and collection of muck from earth. Flushing shall be undertakne from the recircualtion pit. Depth of the pit not to exceed 3 m for EGL. Chipping pile concrete at cut-off levels as isntructued by structural consultant. Breaking using electric stone/concrete breaker without affecting the reinforcment of pile. Disposal of debris from the site. The rate includes cost of reinforcement, cost of boring to the required length with Bentonite solution with temporary casing of required length,Conveyance of RMC to site and pouring concrete using Tremie pipes,conveyance of all materials to the site including all tools and plants,shifting the plants and equipments from one point to another,excavation of mud pits for circulation of Bentonite solution,closing the mud pit to original level and mud removal with initial lead and lift but including dismantling concrete above the cut off level etc complete as directed by the departmental officers including socketing.The concrete cube to be tested as per IS 456-2000.Acceptance criteria by clause 16.1.Frequency of testing should be as per clause 15.2.2.The length of pile for payment shall be measured upto the natural ground level.The work should be carried as per IS 2911.Pile depth should be decided by the Departmental Officers at site.

Filling of excavated foundation pit, grade filling of soil to raise FGL from EGL, etc. shall be undertaken using externally sourced Murram / Good earth / Hill earth sourced externally and supplied in 10 wheel dump trucks, to be stacked / dumped at one point within the subject propert premises. External earth sourced shall be loaded into the tipper of 200 cu.ft capacity and interacted within the property premises to designated location for filling and backfilling purposes. Backhoe / Poclain or other earth machinery to load, unload and transfer shall be utilised on sandy terrain. Levelling of GSB shall be undertaken using backhoe / dozer. Water pouring for sweating and consolidation shall be undertaken. Compaction will be undertaken using 8T roller / 5T earth rammer. Vibromax shall be used for compaction on terrain that are suitable for it.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 of M10 Grade with OPC Grade 53 cement, M-sand and 40mm (down size) blue metal using miller machiner or concrete mixer at site. Includes supply of raw material, labour for loading, unloading, mixing, lifting, transfer and pouring of PCC. Alternately supplying ready mix cocnrete prepared at batching plant installed at site or at thrid party vendor's batchingplant, transfered vide concrete trucks and poured manually or through deisel operated pumps and trasnfer pipes. Prepared mixture shall be poured, levlled on dressed excavated pit and hand compacted by ramming or tamping.
Reinforced Cement concrete - M30 Grade with OPC Grade 53 cement, M-sand and 20mm (down size) blue metal using miller machiner or concrete mixer at site. Workability shall be decided and admixture shall be added in proportion as approved by structural consulatnt. Aggregate ratio shall be consistent through out the construction. Slump test at site and cube test shall be undrtaken in 3rd party NABC accredited laboratory for 7 days and 28 day period results.

Plumb and plane correction shall be undertaken using pre-installed guide strips on wall surface. 1st coat layer shall be sccratched prior to application of 2nd coat of cement plaster. 2nd coat shall be struck uniformly and firmly pressed and levelled. Thickness of 2nd coat shall be 8mm and the surface shall be trowelled or sponge floated to remove excess moisture and to bring sand to surface. Curing of plastered surface shall be min. 10 days. Chicken mesh shall be used for plastering of joints between the solid block masonry and RCC member. Further, gaps between them (beyond 25mm) shall be filled with chip concrete screed.

Gypsum plaster shall be applied for all exposed RCC members such as columns, beams and roof-under slabs, staircase under-slab, etc. Dead mortar shall be chipped and surface of RCC member shall levelled for 2 coat application of gypsum plaster and sanding for smooth finishes. Material and specification shall conform to IS 2547-I(1976)
75mm thick layer of screed concrete shall be laid on the sail docking bay as bonded floor finish as per IS 2571 (1976). Aggregate mix ratio shall 1:2:4 with OPC Grade 53 cement, M-sand and 12.5mm blue metal (Down size). Surface shall be finished with with trowel polish.
Brickbat filling of toilet sunken after waterproofing the slab, with cement mortar in ratio 1:3 and compacting the same prior to tile works. Material and specification for sunken flling shalll comply to IS 2185 (1976)
Supply and erection of pre-cast RCC hume pipes of 300mm dia with connector rings, for UG rain water disposal, electrcial & Instrumentation cables, etc. Installation includes excavation of earth, 150mm PCC grading of pressed excavated earth, hume pipe erection, encasing of hume pipes for thickness of min. 150mm with cement concrete of M30 Grade and backfilling of earth.
Rain water harvesting with Precast RCC circular rings of 1200mm dia x 300mm height x 75mm thickness for retaining wall of shallow wells / soak pits etc. Depth of the soak pit shall be 6ft from EGL. RCC rings shall be interlocaking type goruted with cement paste and erected at site. Rings shall be projected to 0.3m above EGL. Cover slab shall be precast RCC in M30 grade perforated with min. thickness of 50mm. All works including excavation, backfilling, 160mm PVC percoaltion pipe erection upto 5m depth from soak pit bed, filling with pebbels, etc. are included.
RCC M30 Grade cement concrete inspection chambers constructed at site with inner clear dimension 600mm (l) x 600mm (b), upto 900mm (depth) and thickness of 150mm all sides, so as to suite the invert levels required for gravity flow to soak pit, along with FRP manhole frame and cover of min. 5T load bearing capacity

The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification. Followed by applying 15 mm thick dimensionally stable fibrous reinforced cementitious structural grade dual shrinkage Polymer Mortar on as protective plastering @ 29kg/m2. The material having Compressive strength of 38 MPa at 28 days as per EN 12190, Adhesive Bond Test, >1.5 Mpa as per EN 1542, followed by Water curing by sprinkling water for 3 times a day for 5- 7 days. Followed by applying two component, water-based food grade epoxy resin coating on inside surface of Potable water tank having antialgae, antifungal, Non-toxic, hygiene cum damp-proof coating Certified by CFTRI as per 21 CFR 175 – 300 of US – FDA, having mixing Ratio (Base: Hardener: Water) – 1:1:1 to be applied @ 0.35 Kg/m2 in 2 coats. Ensure that this coating is applied over the protective plaster. The Waterproofing material shall have Specific Gravity: 1.2, Water vapor permeance: 244.48 g/m2/24 hrs, as per IS 7809/Pt 2/1977, Adhesion strength: 2 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541: 02. The finished cost to include surface preparation completely as per specification

Providing two stage scaffolding in min. 40mm MS/GI posts along with bracing, coupling, ejp, base pate, etc. Inlcudes erection, dismantling and reassembling at site. Provision for toe boards and standing patforms shall be made. Scaffolding shall be utilised for all external works such as erection, installtion, painting, cosntruction, elevation, etc. to be executed at 2m above FGL. It also includes stage scaffolding for internal building works such as ceiling plastering and painting, MS erection works, etc.
Providing additional strutting to centering of RCC slabs of plain surface for every additional 1.0 metre height or part thereof but not less than 30 cm, over the initial 3.00 metre height from floor level using casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia including cross bracing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.
Vineratex / equalant textue coat for external walls. Texture painting shall be undertaken by removing dead mortar and cleaning the external surface. One coat of cement primer shall be applied to fresh cement plaster followed by texture coats in raindrop pattern and two coats of exterior plastic emulsion paint with roller brush.
Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Distempering the newly lastered ceiling and under slabs with one coat of cement prime and two coats of oil bound washable distemper of approved Colour and quality including thorough scrapping and sand papering the walls surface scaffolding charges,putty finishes, finishing neatly etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
Double charged Vitrified Tiles of size 800 x 800 x 10mm of approved colour, shade and quality for flooring along with skirting of ht 100mm on the wall laid with cement mortar in ratio 1:3 with PP cement and m-sand. Thickness of bedding mortar shall be 35mm-50mm. Level marking shall be undertaken prior to bedding. Bedding mortar shall be pressed and leveled for planes / slope required. Upon achieveing sufficient hardenss of bedding, cement slurry with honey like consistency is prepared and poured on the bedding to lay tiles. Laying patter and spacer gaps shall be as per architect's design specification. Cementious gorut shall be applied over the tile joints with putty knife and the tiles shall be cleaned for finishes. Care shall be taken so as to avoid air voids underneath tiles and match the joints by line and level.
Ceramic matt tile of size 300mm x 300mm for flooring laid with tile adhesive and cement in ratio 1:1. Thickness of bedding mortar shall be 35mm-50mm. Level marking shall be undertaken prior to bedding. Bedding mortar shall be pressed and leveled for planes / slope required. Upon achieveing sufficient hardenss of bedding, cement slurry with honey like consistency is prepared and poured on the bedding to lay tiles. Laying pattern and spacer gaps shall be as per architect's design specification. Epoxy gorut shall be applied over the tile joints with putty knife and the tiles shall be cleaned for finishes. Care shall be taken so as to avoid air voids underneath tiles and match the joints by line and level.
Dadooing walls 600mm x 300mm with best approved quality, designed colour ceramic tiles set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of sliding / swing to open type from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work. uPVC windows shall be fabricated at vendor works and installed at site for actual window opening dimension. French doors wherever applicable shall be lock and key handles.

The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames.
