Maintenance and servicing of 10 HP pump sets 09 numbers fixed in MAP POCKET I & II And 09 Nos 12 Zone conventional fire alarm control panel with all connected items at MAP POCKET I & II complete with motor and starter/ panel board for trouble free operation including checking the insulation resistance and electrical contacts and setting right the loose electrical contacts/ connection, lubricating the pump set, replacement/ tightening of gland packing, arresting leakages in suction/ delivery lines including provision of necessary consumables complete all as specified and as directed.

Maintenance and servicing of Fire smoke detectors consisting of Bentel Panel, Smoke detectors 8 Nos each in a system, FM200 cylinder with 57 Kg FM200 gas, release switches ,control switches etc, complete by making regular servicing of the system to ensure proper functioning including replacement of spare materials at AF NET SITE-I complete all as specified and as directed.

Periodical maintenance and servicing of Fire smoke detectors consisting of Bentel Panel, Smoke detectors 8 Nos each in a system, FM200 cylinder with 93 Kg FM200 gas, release switches,control switches etc, complete by making regular servicing of the system to ensure proper functioning including replacement of spare materials at DCMU Battery Charging room complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing and testing of Ceasefire Smoke Detection Control Panel - 28 Wireless Zones, 2 Hardwired Zone, Tamper Alert, passcode protected, RF Jamming recognition, diagnostic feature for RF signal strength between panel and each detector, Battery Backup stand by time upto 12 hrs in each for 2 Nos complete all as specified and as directed.

Periodical servicing of Microprocessor based intelligent Analog Addressable automatic, 2 loop fire alarm control panel with communication module, network card, power supply and all accessories with graphical illustration display software with PC connectivity for fire detection system including PUBLIC ADRRESS SYSTEM (TWO WAY COMMUNICATION TYPE) with control desk with 16 zone selector, all call/call back facility and goose neck microphone with stand, power supply unit etc complete-2 Nos, and solid state amplifiers in amplifier rack. Amplifier shall be of 120W RMS output, with complete wiring and controls, accessible from the front-2 Nos complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The panel shall have compatibility to work on graphical illustration software. The panel shall have an inbuilt capacity or externally connected to the voice annunciation system, such as telephone dialer and speech processor complete

Periodical maintenance and servicing of Fire smoke detectors consisting of 05 Nos of smoke detectors with 02 Zone conventional fire alarm control panel with all connected items at DSA building complete all as specified and as directed.

Periodical servicing of fire alarm control panel 4 Zone and testing of Smoke Detector - Fully Supervised smoke Detector simple ceiling mount 9 Nos complete all as specified and as directed at the location as directed. Notes applicable for Sl item No 1.00 to 8.00 : - (i) Defects shall be rectified within 24 hours of complaint raised. In any case rectification not completed beyond the stipulated time, penalty shall be levied @ Rs.500/- per day from the contractor. (ii) The spares like bearings, bushes, impellors, Couplings, etc., wherever required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule. (iii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for replacement of minor spare parts costing upto Rs. 200/- Each. (iv) The Contractor shall be responsible for trouble free operation of all the pumpsets during the currency of the contract and maintenance and repairs shall be carried out and spares replaced shall be warranted during the contract period.

S&F in replacement of 12V, 7AH battery for panels in repalcement of old unserviceable batteries complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCP (manual call point) glass in replacement of old broken/ damaged glass complete all as specified and as directed.
