6.5 Providing and laying Cement Concrete grade M-10 Nominal mix 1:3:6 with 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, spreading the concrete by shovels mixing shall be in mechanical mixer, compacting by use of pin/plate/screed vibrators including form work by strong steel girders fixed by spikes. (Road)

Providing and laying Cement Concrete grade M-20 (Nominal mix 1:1.5:3) with 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, mixing shall be in mechanical mixer, laying with paver compacting by use of pin, plate / screed vibrators including form work by strong steel girders fixed by spikes, separation membrane 125 micron thick, i/c cutting of joints @ 4 to 5 m interval & filling it with hot applied bituminous sealant (without dowel bars). (max. thickness 20cm)

19.1 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping stretching etc. complete for and removal of form work by sheet plate or ply wood shuttering for : 19.1.2 Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc

5.2 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc.above plinth level and up to floor two level excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement etc. 5.2.1Cement concrete grade M-20 (Nominal Mix) with 20 mm maximum size of stone aggregate.

5.9 Providing, hoisting and fixing up to floor two level precast reinforced cement concrete in lintels, manhole cover, shelves and like including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand), cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surfaces but excluding the cost of reinforcement with M 20 –Grade Concrete.

5.11 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding upto floor level including cost of binding wire, wastage and over laps upto 12mm horizontal/ inclined position of reinforcement bars in slab and beams, plinth, chajjas, lintels, upto 4.5m vertical length of reinforcement in wall columns (over laps shall be provided as per requirement of IS : 13920; IS 456 & SP : 34) etc. complete. 5.11.1 Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.
