Improvement of Lad Fasimal Sandpathar road from 0-000 Km to 31-699 km in the district of Sambalpur under State Plan for the year 2025-26.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing compacted granular materials in shoulder by using moorum having required P.I. value spreading in uniform layers not exceeding 100mm in depth and compacting with smoth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density, as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 407 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing Tack coat on prepared bituminous surface with bitumen emulsion (RS) and spreading @ 0.20kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause -501 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing Bituminous Macadam of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen preparing preemixed materials with bituminous binder with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per clauses 501 and 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler as per clauses 501 and 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing & fixing RCC M-15 grade 5th Km. stone, along with reinforcement for finished item of work as per drawing as per IRC -25 / 1967 & IRC-8-1980 fixed in position including finishing and lettering, painting as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Clause No. 805 & Section 800, 900, 1000, 1500, 1600, 1700 of MoRT&H specification for road & bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing RCC M-15 grade Ordinary Km. stone along with reinforcement for finished item of work as per drawing as per IRC -25 / 1967 & IRC-8-1980 fixed in position including finishing and lettering, painting as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Clause No. 805 & Section 800, 900, 1000, 1500, 1600, 1700 of MoRT&H specification for road & bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of Class-B Type-IV recto reflective sheeting fixed over 2mm thick alumunium sheeting , 3mm/4mm thick alumunium composite material sheet depending on the size of sign vide Clause No. 801.3 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) fixed over back support frame of min 25x25x3 mm angle mounted on a mild steel cicular pipe 65 NB, 3.2mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-25 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cm x 60 cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The sign shall be maintained as per Section 12 of IRC-67.
