Supply, erection, commissioning and testing outdoor type LT Panel , platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type main copper bus bars of 1000 Amps, looping & branch connection system shall be made with suitable rating copper bus bar having sleeves colour coded .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 7 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The LT Panel shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The LT Panel shall be made of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (02 layers) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (ISMC 75) base frame at bottom. All incoming MCCBs shall be marked with location and rating of MCCBs. The Feeder Pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation and including the followings :
CONTROL WIRING : All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FR grade PVC insulated multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50 Sqmm and shall be properly bunched, tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size and type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type tube near the door hinges. CABLE ALLEY- Cable alley shall be provided in both side of the panel of suitable space for all incoming and outgoing cables. (k) LED Pilot Lamp of following colours : (i) RED - 01 No, YELLOW - 01 No, BLUE - 01 No. (l) 02 Nos.Danger Notice Plate duly written in Signal Red colour on aluminium plate in English and Hindi language and of size not less than 150mmx100mm shall be fixed on both front & rear door of the bus bar chamber. (m) Panel box made of CRCA mild steel 3.15mm thick, duly powder coated with busbar and internal wiring all as per CPRI approved Manufacturer. Note : Panel shall be manufactured by CPRI approved Manufacturer. The contractor shall submit drawing of the panels to Engr-in-Charge before procurement of LT panel for approval alongwith CPRI approval. Foundation will be provided as per Manufacturer's instruction and cost thereof is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.
