Removing existing unserviceable three way locking device and providing new locking device including welding of rods, box etc complete all as directed.

Removing existing unserviceable handles and supply & fix new handles as per drg and all as directed.

Removing unserviceable lock and replacing fixing new iron body with brass lever lock with duplicate key suitable for Almirah large Steel all as per directed.

Removing unserviceable shutter and supply & fix new shutter 1.00 mm thick MS duly made shape and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint OG/Grey over a coat of red oxide primer to match with existing complete as per drawing and all as directed.

Removing unserviceable shelves and supply & fix 1.00 mm thick MS new shelves as per sample duly made to shape and painted with two coat of red oxide primer to match with existing complete. Cleats/ nuts, bolts to be provided by the contractor as per drawing all as directed.

Removing old unserviceable drawers and supply & fixing 1.00 mm thick new drawers as per existing duly made shape and painting with OG/Gray paint as per drawing all as directed.

Removing old unserviceable drawer locks and supply & fix new locks with duplicate keys complete.

Repairs to Table Office Officer Steel (FD-1002, FD-1003)

Removing old unserviceable top 18mm thick prelaminated particles board exterior grade and fixing new top with 6mm teak wood beading all round as per drawing all as directed.

Removing old unserviceable drawers and supply & fixing 1.00 mm thick new drawers as per existing duly made shape and painted as per drawing all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable drawer locks and supply & fix new locks with duplicate keys complete.

S & F MS Legs of 20mm dia condute pipe complete length duly painted all as per drawing and as directed.

S & F PVC Shoe for legs at bottom in place of old unserviceable shoe 25 mm dia complete as per drawing

Removing unserviceable Hard Rubber Shoes of Teapoy Verandah and supply and fix in replacement of Hard Rubber Shoes of Teapoy Verandah all as per Drg and as directed.

Repairs to Table 3'x2' without Drawer Steel (FD-1007) : Removing old unserviceable top 18mm thick prelaminated particles board exterior grade and fixing new top including PVC beading all round as per drg all as directed.

Repairs to Table Dining 900x900mm (FD-1009) :- Removing old unserviceable top 18mm thick prelaminated particles board exterior grade and fixing new top including PVC beading all round as per drg all as directed.

Repairs to book case steel (glass door) (TP, FD-1028)

Removing unserviceable MS Channel and Supply and Fixing New MS Channel complete ( including necessary welding and Roller ) all as per drawing and as directed.

Removing unserviceable 3mm thick Plain Glass with cleat stopper and S & F new 3mm Plain Glass with iron cleat stopper all as per drawing and as directed.

Removing unserviceable Sliding Shutter and Supply and Fixing New Sliding Shutter of 1 mm thick MS Sheet (Including Glass, Lock, and Two Handles) all as per drawing and as directed.

Removing unserviceable Locks and Supply and Fixing New Lock with duplicate keys all as per drawing and as directed.

Removing unserviceable Handles and Supply and Fix New Handles of 100mm all as per drawing and as directed .

Repairs to Chair CB Steel with/without Arms {FD-75 (M)}

Replacement of Flat iron support of 25x5mm and 50mm long fixed to frame of chair CB Steel with Arms/without Arms including applying two coats of synthetic enamel OG/Grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed.

Replacement of Seat made from 2nd class hardwood teak duly canned in 'Godrej' pattern with 2mm plastic canned duly finished chair CB Steel with or without Arms as per drg and all as per drawing and as directed.

Replacement of Back made from 2nd class hardwood teak duly canned in 'Godrej' pattern with 2mm plastic canned duly finished chair CB Steel with or without Arms as per drg all as per drawing and as directed.

Replacement of handles for chair CB Steel with Arms made from 2nd class hardwood teak duly finished and black polished complete for chair CB Steel with Arms as per drawing all as directed .

Replacement of old unserviceable PVC Cap (02 Nos in Each Chair) and Stud (04 Nos in Each Chair) with screwed and S& F the same new items to Chair CB steel with/without Arms of best quality as per drawing and as specified and directed.

Repairs to Computer Chairs High Back/Medium Back - (FD/E6/MAP/01) / TP

Removing old unserviceable Seat of Computer Chair and supply & fixing New Seat of Computer Chair all as per drawing. Seat Shall be made of 50mm thick synthetic foam of 32 density fixed over 12mm thick plywood commercial and shall be stitched with superior quality fabric cloth of approved shade as specified and direced.

Removing old unserviceable Back of Computer Chair and supply & fixing New Back of Computer Chair all as per drawing. Back Shall be 25mm thick respectively synthetic foam of 32 density fixed over 12mm thick plywood commercial and shall be stitched with superior quality fabric cloth of approved shade as specified and direced. .

Removing old unserviceable cover cloth of (seat and back) from existing computer chairs. S & F of new fabric cloth duly approved by GE, shall be used for seat and back of exisiting chair computer as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable Arms rest of Computer Chair and Supply & Fixing New Arms Rest of Computer Chair all as per Drawing and directed. Note: Arm Rest shall be polyurethene "D" Shape.

Removing unserviceable PVC Seat of chair verandah and supply and fixing in replacement of PVC Seat 4mm thick with weight not less than 1.85 Kgs and Groves 90 x 10mm 10 Nos on Seat all as per Drg and as directed .

Removing unserviceable PVC Back of chair verandah and supply and fixing in replacement of PVC Back 4mm thick with weight not less than 1.85 Kgs and Groves 90 x 10mm 10 Nos on Back all as per Drg and as directed.

Repairs to Chair Verandah (FD-359): -

Removing existing unserviceable cane plastic from Chair verandah (seat & back). M & L for apply two coats of synthetic enamelled White paint applying to frame of chair after cleaning of all steel surface, therafter recanning of seat and back of chair varandha in "Godrej Pattern" with 4mm White plastic cane all as per drg and as directed.

Removing unserviceable Hard Rubber Shoes and supply and fix in replacement of Hard Rubber shoes of appropriate size all as per drg and as directed.

Repairs to Chair Visitors/Writing (TP)/(FD/E6/MAP-12)

Removing of old unserviceable Seat of Chair visitor/writing and S & F New Seat of Chair visitor/writing, made over 12mm thick hot pressed plywood commercial duly upholstered with fabric with moulded polyurethane foam of 50mm thick of 32 density over with PVC lipping all around as specified and directed. .

Removing of old unserviceable Back of Chair visitor/writing and S & F New Back of Chair visitor/writing, made over 12mm thick hot pressed plywood commercial duly upholstered with fabric with moulded polyurethane foam of 50mm thick of 32 density over with PVC lipping all around as specified and directed. .

Removing old unserviceable cover cloth of (seat & back) from existing chair visitors/writing, S & F of new fabric cloth duly approved by GE, shall be used for seat and back of exisiting chair as per drawing as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable Arms rest of chair visitor/writing and Supply & Fixing New Arms Rest of Chair visitor/writing made of Black polyurethance with 75-85 shore 'A' hardness and reinforced with MS insert. Arms shall be sratch and weather resistant both hand- rest section to have slope towards front fixing with nut and bolts on existing chair all as per drawing and directed.

Material & labour for preparing old painted steel surfaces by removing dents and bends, clipping, welding the damaged sheet and filling with putty and cleaning the surface to smooth to any description and of any girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint 1st Quality OG/GRAY/Black/White paint (inside and outside) by spray/Manual painting all as specified in particular specification and as shown on drawing and will make arrangement to bring out the furniture articles outside from accn/section and after finishing the work has keep back to same place in the accn/section as before and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following articles of Steel furniture:-
