Cost of excavation of 132 KV tower foundation pits including all earth work, back filling & levelling etc.

Setting of stubs including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concreting & excavation (Rate per location) for following 132 KV DC Towers. A-132 KV DC/DE

Cost of concreting for all types of 132 KV DC tower foundation including cost of cement, dewatering shoring and shuttering, forming, curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars with 1:2:4 mix concrete. A-PCC

Erection of superstructure of 132 KV DC Towers including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators/ Polymer, hardware and accessories, but including fitting of danger number, fhase plates, bird guard and fixing & punching

Tack welding of all the bolts upto the height of one section of the tower or 5 meter from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks at 1200 seperation of min 10 mm thickness with 10mm/12mm electrode and application of zinc rich Aluminium paint on the affected surface including cost of all material including tack welding.

Laying,stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing, etc of ACSR 'Penther' conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware & accessories i.e. fittings Armour rods, vibration dampers etc on all Two phases of 132 KV DC lines.

Laying,stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc of 7/10 SWG ground wire including fitting of necessary hardware & accessories on 132 KV DC line.

Grounding work including earth work etc for pipe type grounding including cost of coke & salt.

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in R.C.C foundation including cost of steeel reinforcement bars with cutting, bending, placing,binding etc.

DISMANTLING OF OLD 132 KV TAJPUR-TSS KANTH (RLY) LINE (PANTHER CONDUCTOR) NEAR 132 KV S/S TAJPUR Dismantling of ACSR Panther Conductor of 132 KV Tajpur- TSS Kanth (Rly) line of all Two Phases work should be completed as per technical specification

Dismantling of 7/10 SWG earthwire of 132 KV D/C line of all three phases work should be completed as per technical specification

Dismantling of tower parts in all respect

Excavation of Earth 1 to 1.5 mtr deep around old tower stub in 2 mtr dia and breaking old foundation and chimney upto 1.5 mtr to 2 mtr, cutting old stub by hackshaw/gas cutter collection of broken concrete in gunny bags, disposal out side field, backfilling & leveling of earth

Shifting of all material from site to store Note:-1-Template for Stub setting will be provided by the Contractor for work at his own cost. 2-ACSR Panther Conductor & Earth wire & other required material will be provided by the Dept.
