Mobilization and de-mobilization charges for the manpower and tools tackle has for taking uo refractory repair job with expert supervision as specified in the tender. The Unit 'EA' denotes one time mobilization and demobilization charges of all required resources from the supplier's destination to the Panipat Naptha Cracker and back.

The job involves carriying out dismantling & relining of refactory with castable inside the radiant and transition section of heaters as per scope of work and drawing including the cost of manpower deployment and necessary tools tackles, shuttering materials all complete as per tender and instruction of Engineer-In-charge.

The job involves carriying out dismantling & relining of refactory brick including micro porous boards lining between bricks and shell inside radiant and transition section of heaters as per scope of work and drawing including the cost of manpower deployment and necessary tools tackles all complete as per tender and instruction of Engineer-In-charge.

Replacement of Muffle Blocks assembly and associated refractory lining required for replacement of Muffle Blocks (Burner Tiles) assembly in NCU Heaters with all tools / tackles, machinery and lifting arrangement system as per drawing, detail specification and as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge (EIC)

Removal of old muffle blocks (Burner Tiles) assembly from heater radiant section including lifting and pulling with all tools, tackles, lifting arrangement, refractory bricks supporting arrangement etc. all complete. EA shall mean complete set of burner tiles for one burner.

Lowering and shifting of muffle blocks (Burner Tiles) assembly from site position and disposal at scrap yard or other location within Plant. EA shall mean complete set of burner tiles for one burner.

Transportation of new muffle blocks (Burner Tiles) assembly from IOCL store to work site with necessary safety to avoid any damage during shifting EA shall mean complete set of burner tiles for one burner.

Lifting and installation of new muffle blocks (Burner Tiles) assembly properly and safely in NCU Heater including required refractory repair if any with tools, tackles, lifting arrangement etc. all complete. (Supply of Muffle block assembly and refractory material will be in IOCL Scope) EA shall mean complete set of burner tiles for one burner.

Installation of pyro-block "M" type/"Z" Type/T-bar/ any other type of ceramic module of all sizes and shapes over the 25mm thick back up lining of ceramic fibre blankets in heaters/boilers including gap filling, removal of damaged module, ceramic linings etc. as per drawings and direction of Site Engineer/Site In-charge. Scope of job includes supply of all labours, supply of necessary tools & tackles, marking of lugs position, sealing the gaps, carriage of modules from nearest store to location of fixing, removal of debris from working platform to place of disposal within Plant as per direction of EIC. Ceramic modules, lugs, U-pins, ceramic blanket and scaffolding shall be in owner’s scope.
