CLEANING OF OVERHEAD TANK, UNDERGROUND SUMP, JACKWELL, LEAKAGE REPAIR AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT SMQ, HQ, X, L, MES AND RSPH AREA AF STN DIGARU

Cleaning of RCC OH Tank of capacity (50,000 gallon X 4.54 = 227000 Ltr) by involving the following six (6) stage of cleaning process :( located at SMQ). Note- Rate includes for marking on tank - date of cleaning and due date of next cleaning and white wash /Paint of tank outer and inner surface,and painting of inlet,outlet,and over flow pipe line existing colour. Any damaged outlet / inlet connections during the process shall be replaced by contractor at his own cost. Any damage occurred to the tank during the process of cleaning the same may be repari by the contractor at his own cost. (a) De-watering by high pressure submersible pump all complete. (b) Removal of sludge from sump. (c ) Cleaning of walls, floors , ceiling etc by high pressure jet pump 80-180 bar pressure all complete. (d) Removing dirt and sludge by vaccum pump. (e ) Anti- Bacterial Treatment of inside of Tank which is effective against all pathogens all complete. Note- Dewatering pump of suitable capacity shall be arranged by the contractor .Material removed from the tank shall be disposed off at a distance of 50 mtrs away.Tank shall be made avaliable for cleaning for a period of 08 hour only and contractor has to arrange sufficient labour/T&P to complete the job with in the given period only.

All as per item Srl No. 1 herein above but OH RCC Tank capacity of 30000 gallon(135000 ltrs) at HQ Area

All as per item Srl No. 1 here in above but OH RCC Tank capacity of 10000 gallon(45400 ltrs) at RSPH area.

Cleaning of jackwell from bottom by means taking out solid sludge to be disposed outside MOD Land from the starting poin, White washing to complete internal walls and floors of chambers and painting to hand rail all as per specified and directed and up to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. 10 meter depth and 6 meter dia approximate.( at RSPH)

Painting to the existing steel tank inner and outer side of cap 25000 gallons at 'L' area and HQ Pump house scrapping the existing paint with wire brush. Painting with two coats of synthetic enameled spray paint after making good to existing painted surfaces.

M&L for cleaning of semi under ground RCC raw water tank inetialy capacity 225000 ltrs at TP area by removing all the mud.silt etc from the floor/walls by wire brushes and washing the surface propely incl applying two coats of white wash on the cleaned surface copmlete all as specified and directed Note- Dewatering pump of suitable capacity shall be arranged by the contractor .Material removed from the tank shall be disposed off at a distance of 50 mtrs away.Tank shall be made avaliable for cleaning for a period of 08 hour only and contractor has to arrange sufficient labour/T&P to complete the job with in the given period only Note- Rate includes for marking on tank - date of cleaning and due date of next cleaning and white wash /Paint of tank inner surface.existing colour. Dewatering of priming tank at RSPH of size 14 X 6.8X 3.5 Mtr depth by means of pump set and removing all deposited silt,mud,sludge etc from the bottom of RCC tank and depositing at distance not exc 50 mtr, Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber using suitable cleaning agent / bleaching powder,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Removal of existing/old gravel and sand from Iron filter media of water treatment plant and deposting at a distance not exceeding 50 meter and cleaning filterchamber and wall surface throughly etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling of filter media using graded gravel of size between 25mm to 15 mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling of filter media using BARKARA coarse sand of 16 to 32 mesh etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting to the existing iron filteration plant 02 Nos and flocculation chamber 02 Nos at new filtration plant HQ including suction and discharge pipe line valve control with scrapping the existing paint with wire brush. Painting with two coats of synthetic enameled spray paint after making good to existing painted surfaces.

Removing of existing rubber gasket from filteration plant and supply and fixing new gasket of sizes 6 mm thick.

Repair/replacement of u/s butterfly valve 80mm lever operated IS 13095 including nut, bolt ,gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation for taking out broken CI/DI/PPR pipe line upto 200/150 mm dia ,Cutting of CI/DI/PPR Pipe line upto 200mm dia at Two portion with the help of electric driven pipe cutter and levelling the cutting face of pipe with the electric driven grinder, and then CI/DI welding by electric welding machine,fixing detacheble mechanical joint, tail piece etc,then concreating by PCC (1:4:8) ;type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, after repair of same pipe line, returning filling of excavated materials including removal of surplus soil complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair non return CI valve with GM working parts 150 mm dia with nut,bolts,rubber gasket etc ISI marked IS- 5312 complete all as specified and directed. Make- Zoloto / Bir / kirloskar

Supply and fixing in repair CI non return/foot valve with GM working parts 200 mm dia with nut,bolts,rubber gasket etc ISI marked IS- 5312 complete all as specified and directed.Make- Zoloto / Bir / kirloskar

Supply and fixing in replacement Gun metal ,globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed boths ends for iron pipe of sizes 15 mm dia. Make- Zoloto, leader,sant.
