M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates and the like including slightly rounded or chamfered incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Galvanised zinc coated conforming to IS 4826 (Hot dip) 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and starining and fixing to any type of standrad rail straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc, fixed in repairs, as directed (each line wire to be measured) Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Restraining and resecuring, existing fencing of any description including making good staples etc. as in galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing Chain Link Fencing of MS Electrogalvanised wire of 4.0mm dia and of mesh size 50X50mm having weight not less than 3.0KG per Square meter including line wires fixed with nut bolts, flat iron and mild steel round bar to angle iron posts Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron and mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for mild steel posts and struts as in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting, riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S & F mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, quality confirming to GDE Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S & F 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including Preparing new zinc (or galvanised) surface to receive painting, by coating with modrant solution including washing and cleaning, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer in CCD pattern as approved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and above cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, and binding mild steel wirenot less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PRECAST reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manholes covers and similar articles set in cement motar 1:4 at the site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for formwork to soffit of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar works not exc 200mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for RCC Nominal Mix Type B1 1:2:4 (Using 20mm Graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning of underground sewage pipe (Cleaning length n.exc 30m from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank) by roding including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and removing waste material/sludge to a distance n. exc 300m and burring the same in pits with earth after filling of sludge and including spreading of bleaching powder and replacing manhole cover in position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following size of pipes:

Cleaning of blocked WC seat of pedestal / squatt pattern upto 1st manhole and making the drian pipe of any size full functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of engr in charge including cleaning of 1st manhole and removing the waste material / sludge etc to a distance n. exec 300m and burning the same in pits and spreading the area with bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Cleaning of blocked floor trap of bath room & kitchen etc upto 1st manhole including cleaning of gully / trap and removing the waste material / sludge etc ta a distance n. exec 300m and burning the same in pits and spreading the area with bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Dewatering of soakage well of any depth in any position by pumping out and removing outside Military/Defence land by mechanical means (trolley mounted) and burying in pits all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after absorption of water and including providing and spreading required quantity of bleaching powder around the pit as per state protocol including taking down of slab cover and refixing the same CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge

De-sludging of septic tank of any capacity including connected intercepting chamber, manhole shaft, sludge chamber & filterbeds of any description and in anmy position by pumping out and removing of sludge outside Military/ Defence land by mechanical means (trolly mounted) and burying in pits all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after filling of sludge and including providing and spearding required qty of bleaching powder complete as per state protocol, including taking down of slab cover and placing the same in existing postion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for items No 51 to 55:- (a) Cost of excavation and earth work for pits for burrying the waste/sludge etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost. (c) All types of equipments and safety kit required for working in foul condition shall be provided by the contractor to his workmen. The Engineer-in-Charge shall verify these aspects during currency of work. All precautions/safety measures shall be kept in mind during execution of work. (d) All complaint slip duly signed by the users shall be kept on record and accordingly work executed on the site shall be measured and entered in the MB forming basis for the actual payment due to the contractor.
