WORK OF REPLACEMENT OF PRV, CONSERVATOR TANK MOG, OSR, TERTIARY BUSHING O RING OF 220/132/11 KV, 160 MVA TRANSFORMER (BHEL MAKE) AT 220 KV SUB STATION, GORAKHPUR-II UNDER ELECTRICITY 400 KV SUB STATION DIVISION GORAKHPUR

Dismantling of 03 No. HV side Jumper of ACSR Zebra Conductor & 03 No. LV side Jumper of Tarantula Conductor of 220/132/11 kV, 160 MVA BHEL make Transformer. (Men, T&P shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost).

Drain out & store Transformer oil according to required level from Conservator Tank & Main Tank in Oil Drums (Capacity 209 Litre) approx quantity 07 KL. (Men, T&P shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost).

Replacement of Pressure Release Valve assembly (PRV) with new good quality Gasket and sealant of Nu-cork/Talbros make after removing defective Pressure Release Valve assembly and scraped Gasket. (Men, rest material & T&P shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost).

Replacement of Conservator Tank Minimum Oil Gauge (MOG) with new good quality Gasket and sealant of Nu-cork/Talbros make after removing defective Minimum Oil Gauge and Gasket. (Men, rest material & T&P shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost).

Replacement of Oil Surge Relay assembly (OSR) of all three phase (R, Y & B Phase) with new good quality Gasket and sealant of Nu-cork/Talbros make after removing of all three phase defective OSR and scraped Gasket. (Men, rest material & T&P shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost).

Removing of all three Phase 11 kV Tertiary Bushing (R, Y & B Phase) for replacement of "O" Ring with new good quality Gasket and sealant of Nu-cork/ Talbros make and assembling all three phase tertiary bushing after replacement of damaged "O" Ring and scraped Gasket. (Men, rest material, T&P and Crane with operator shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost).

Centrifusing of approx 07 KL stored Transformer Oil in Oil Drums. Centrifused Transformer Oil after maintaining required value of BDV filled in 220/132/11 kV, 160 MVA BHEL make Transformer main Tank and conservatot Tank upto desired level after replacement of Pressure Release Valve Assembly (PRV), Conservator Tank Minimum Oil Gauge (MOG), all three Oil Surge Relay (OSR) and all three "O" Ring of 11 kV Tertiary Bushing. (Centrifuging machine, machine operator and T&P shall be provided by contractor at his own cost).

Making and tightening of 03 No. HV side Jumper of ACSR Zebra Conductor & 03 No. LV side Jumper of Tarantula Conductor of 220/132/11 kV, 160 MVA BHEL make Transformer. (Men, T&P shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost).

Operation of Pressure Release Valve (PRV) and Oil Surge Relays (OSR) and physically checking of Minimum Oil Gauge (MOG) of the 220/132/11 kV, 160 MVA BHEL make Transformer will be checked by Junior Engineer/Assistant Engineer of maintenance and T&C wing for healthy operation with contracting agency.

After completion of all work washing of the 220/132/11 kV, 160 MVA BHEL make Transformer & all Radiator for cleaning of dust & dirt, oil deposit on surface. (All material and labour shall be provided by contractor at his own cost).
