PHASE-I

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of chlorine feed high pressure dozing pump set with accessories having minimum flow rate of 25 LPH, minimum discharge pressure 15 Kgs/cm2 and liquid chlorine dozing system consisting of atleast 100 ltr FRP tank with accessories and fitted with automatic mixer (non manual) including making connection in main line and fixing arrangement including taking out u/s dozing pump and remove from site complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Unsv dozing pump shall be deposited in MES store yard of AGE E/M Sevoke Road. (ii) Dozing pump set shall be maintained by the contractor through OEM during defect liability period ie 24 months from the certified date of completion and quoted rate shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) Maintainance of Dozing pump set after expiry of defect liability period through OEM shall be measured and paid seperatly under item No. 53 of Phase-II.

S & F in repair 15 mm bore steel water tubing galvanised ,medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls, or in floors, in old/new situation complete all as specified

S&F in repair 15mm bore Stop valves, cast copper alloy,screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing galvanized iron tubing 100m bore medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbow,tee, socket, reducers, unions etc as required at site laid in trenches including taking out u/s pipe and remove from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair flat submersible motor cable, three core, copper conductor of size 6.0 Sqmm, including providing necessary connection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for P.C.C. 1:4:8 Type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles,stays,struts or any other indicated work including form work(if required) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking up/lifting of defective submersible motor and pump assembly complete of any type/size of 15 HP with unserviceable cable of any capacity from deep tube/borewell (of any depth) after providing lifting tools and tackles complete as required at site, carefully disconnecting of all electric connections, water connections in and including dismantling of column pipe lines shaft ( of any size and length stage by stage) and keeping them aside under safe custody for reuse (after repairing of the pump and motor assembly) at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: New column pipe will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for lowering of new submersible motor and pump assembly complete of any type/size of 10 HP capacity with submersible cable of anymake and size complete in deep tube/borewell of any depth coupling with pump and motor, in and including connecting and lowering of column pipe line shaft of any size and length (stage by stage) carefully with the help of necessary tools and tackles, including providing PVC insulated steel rope (stranded) of 8 mm dia, duly fixed with the motor pump set U bolts and clamps of size fixed on the clamps for mechanical support for the motor pump set anchoring outside the borewell of suitable length reconnecting of all electric and water connections with new nuts bolts washers and rubber gasket and testing on load upto the entire satisfaction of engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: New column pipe will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for taking up/lifting of defective submersible motor and pump assembly complete of any type/size of 6 HP capacity with unserviceable cable of any capacity from deep tube/borewell (of any depth) after providing lifting tools and tackles complete as required at site, carefully disconnecting of all electric connections, water connections in and including dismantling of column pipe lines shaft ( of any size and length stage by stage) and keeping them aside under safe custody for reuse (after repairing of the pump and motor assembly) at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Excavation in trenches for road cutting not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated material for laying/ taking out pipe line in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Supply, fixing and testing DI fittings for spigot & socketed or flanged pipes i.e. Mechanical seal bends, reducers, tail pieces, tapers, tees, collars, caps, plugs with MS plate, nuts, bolts, washers gaskets etc of sizes 80mm to 200mm dia including taking out Unserviceable complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of 150 mm bore Ductile iron (DI) , pressure pipes Centrifugally Cast (Spun) inside cement mortar lining duly ISI marked with Spigot & Socket end, Class K-9 conforming to IS:8329/2000 including (push-on) rubber gasket jointing laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed Engineer In Charge .

Cutting of existing cast iron/DI pipes upto 150 mm bore in any position for insertion and fitting of new Tee, Collar, Tail pieces etc for taking out connections, branch connections complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F cast iron sluice valve PN 1.6 150mm bore with Stainless steel spindle nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket sheet for packing including fixed at any position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate for repair of road cutting all as specified and directed by Enginner- in -Charge

M&L for construction of valve chamber of size 1200mm x 1200mm x1200mm (internal dimensions) with MS sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron frame of size 50 x 50 x 6mm and locking arrangements including excvation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC (1:4:8) type D2 in foundation ,PCC benching 1:2;4 type B-1 ,PCC (1:5:8) block masonry 20 cm thick in cement mortor (1:6),10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 ,PCC bed in (1:3:6) and coping 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate including necessary formwork,painting one coat of red oxide and two coats of bituminious black paint on all steel surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only new generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium flood light 100 watt with high power discrete high lumen LED as light source with lumious efficiency of min 100 lm/w, with rated 100W with SPD, IP 66 protection with toughened glass cover incl fixing arrangements in security fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying burnt clay sub class B brick as cable protection including taking down old u/s all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in trenches clear sand for cushioning under cable, 8 cm below and 15 cm above including consolidation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Supply and laying in trenches/wall LT UG XLPE insulated ,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10sq mm 4 core including including taking down old u/s making necessery connections all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix voltage stablizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type wall mounted and designed for input variation between 130 volts to 250 volts with out put voltage stablized at 230 volts with accuracy of + 2.5% and capacity 4 KVA suitable for AC complete all as specified.

M&L for submain wiring with and including casing caping with two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm and one single core PVC insulated, unsheathed solid copper conductor 4.0 Sqmm and green in colour as earth lead with all fitting & accessories complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

PHASE-II

Comprehensive maintenance of 06 (Six) Nos dozing pump sets installed under item No 05 of Phase-I here-in-before for three year after expiry of defect liability period all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Spare parts required for maintanance shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost as directed by Engr-in-Charge, during the maintanance period of dozing pump set. The cost of all the spare parts required to make functional of dozing pump stes shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. Quoted rate includes all the six nos of dozing pump sets.
