FOR 220 KV BUS BAR PROTECTION FOR 100 MVA TRANSFORMER (BHELMAKE) INSTALLED AT 220 KV SUB STATION RANIA UNDER ETD-I KANPUR

Scope: 220kV Tranformer HV Bay integration in the existing ZIV makes BUSBAR SYSTEM at 220kV S/s RANIA.

220kV Transformer HV bay configuration and its integration with existing ZIV make busbar System. i) Configuration of busbar Main Unit (MCU) as per the existing respective feeders and approved schematics proved by the client. ii) Configuration of Peripheral Unit (PU) as per the approved schematics proved by the client. iii) Busbar stabilty test iv) Busbar Zone tripping test as per the settings provided etc. v) Testing and validation of busbar protection scheme

Supply and installation of Fiber patch cords and also replaced the damged fibers if any, from Main Busbar Units to Pherpheral Units

Supply and installation of LIU & splicing work from Main Busbar panels to transformer Panel.

Retrofitting of distributed Peripheral (PU) units to respective transformer Panels.

Supply and laying of Armoured fiber cables from Busbar Panel Kiosk to Transformer Panel Kiosk to make communication in- between Main Busbar Units to Peripheral Units(PU).

Relay test kit OMICRON/Meggar/ Doble charges for minimum three days.

Checking and troubleshooting of communication architecture of fiber Optic ring system and making it operational for all Busbar system. Fixing /splicing of fiber optics patch cord of damaged fiber where required.
