Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakagge & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specifed & as directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable/worn out sub main wiring of any type and size complete all as specified & directed by Engineer Incharge.

Taking down fans, removing to workshop for servicing, cleaning, lubricating, spray painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint, writing MES No. replacement of split pin, rubber bush and other spare required if any including fixing PVC cable with stranded copper conductor of size 0.75 Sqmm and refixing the fans at the same locations complete for the following sizes.

M&L for point wiring of any length using approved colour coding as per IS with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq.mm (Nominal area) single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, IS - 694 marked in PVC casing caping heavy duty ISI marked including all accessories with PVC modular boxes, modular frame/cover plate suitable for mounting switches/sockets etc. and PVC insulated stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm single core cable as earth and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified for the following:-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch

(b) One ceiling/Exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch and regulator.

(c) One three pin 5 Amps socket outlet point controlled by one No one way switch on same board

(d) One three pin 5 Amps socket outlet point controlled by one No one way switch on independent board

(e) One bell point controlled by one switch

Supply and fix LED Tube light fittings Surface and wall mounted LED batten, extruded aluminium housing provided for efficient heat dissipation with polycarbonate diffuser & integrated electronic driver with industrial grade heavy duty driver 20 W LED complete including all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to connector. M&L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level, with top edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and incl GI wire 4 mm dia and GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade for protection to the extent of 7.5 m as earthing lead by means of GI bolts and nuts etc connecting to equipment with provn of charcoal and salt etc all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I incl RCC cover and MS angle iron frame, watering arrangement with GI pipe 20 mm dia and MS funnel, concrete pit incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing on completion etc complete (Note:-GI earth strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately) all as specified & directed by Engineer Incharge.
