Taking down carefully point wiring of any type, size and description (light, fan, socket outlet etc.) including removal of battens, pipes, sockets, switches, ceiling roses, light fittings etc, complete and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down main switches, distribution boards etc of any type and capacity along with the existing boards, and removing the same from site and making good the disturbed surfaces/portion of walls etc. all as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and description and removable the same from site and making good the disturbed surfaces/portion of walls etc. all as directed.

Attending complaints related to internal electrification including replacement & minor repairs like reconnections, replacement of screw/washers any type & size, insulation tape replacement etc and obtaining completion of user on complaint slip, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Contractor shall attend the complaints on requirement bases from 0900 to 1730 hours on working days including on non-working day also if required for that contractor shall deploy at least 02 semi skilled Electrician and one helper at Sekhon vihar residential complex (10 Blocks 10 storey bldg total 400 Officer+ 400 Servant Qtrs) for Day to day on all working day.The cost of said electricians and helpers shall be included in cost of attending complaints under this item and No extra payment on this account shall be given to the contractor.

M&L for opening ceiling fan any type & any sweep, cutting the burnt winding, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire as per existing size and gauge with and including provision of insulating material varnishing with good quality varnish including replacement of all unserviceable parts such as safety pin, fan clamp with rubber bush, capacitor holder and twin core flexible copper wire etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for opening Wall fan any type, any make and of any sweep, cutting the burnt winding, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire as per existing size and gauge after providing all required insulating material varnishing with good quality varnish including replacement of all unserviceable minor parts such as safety pin, bearings, rotary switch with thread complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for opening of 400/450 mm sweep exhaust fan any type and any make cutting the burnt winding, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire as per existing size and gauge after providing all required insulating material varnishing with good quality varnish including replacement of all unserviceable minor parts such as safety pin, bearing, bush and capacitors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Make Exide with copper terminal cable of 25 Sqmm single core approx length 1.5 Mtr each for negative and positive terminal and 0.5 mtr for inter connection including necessary brush terminals complete of DG set including testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of starting system of 82.5/63/40/25KVA DG set including necessary wires and supply and fix starting system of maint free lead acid battery 12 V ,150 AH. Make Exide with copper terminal cable of 25 Sqmm single core approx length 1.5 Mtr each for negative and positive terminal including necessary brush terminals complete of DG set including testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of injector of any DG Set in 13 BRD & 16 BRD for repair, cleaning of and overhauling of the same with necessary calibration including replacement of necessary parts as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Spares required shall be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for testing of earth resistance value of existing earthing pits once in a month with digital type earth tester up to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge Note:1) The contractor should report with in two days after intimatation to carry out the Earth Test as a whole or partially of the building. 2) Earth testing will be done in monthly basis. 3) Each month of each earthing measured seprately.4) Necessary T&P will be provided by the contractor for testing of earth resistance.

Repairs of earth pit cover/chambers with necessary PCC1:2:4 work ,brick work & excavation all as directed and specified by the Engr-in-charge and levelling/returning filling of earth surface.

Dehydration of tranformer oil, obtained from transformers/ voltage stabilizer etc. Dielctric strength shall not be less than 40 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode after dehydration. Dehydration of transformer shall be carried out by using electrically operated dehydration machine including necessary load testing after topping up of transformer oil and replacement of slica gel complete all as directed. Note:-- Transformer oil for filling/toping up and Silica gel shall be measured and paid against respective item.

Taking out burnt winding from DG set alternator /Transformer/ Stabilizer of any make and capacity by using special T&P and repair the same by rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge (DPC) as per requirement including varnishing and using necessary insulations testing after completion of repair work complete all as specified and directed. (b) Any material required to be replaced for complaint rectification other than screws, PVC rawl plug, nuts & bolts, insulation tape, thimbles and as specified in complaint item shall be measured and paid seperately under respective supply only item. (c) The cost of attending complaints shall also include the cost of stationery required for recording complaint, complaint slips and its reports as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (d) All the complaint registered (except point wiring / sub-main wiring and connected S&F items) before 1000 Hrs of every day shall be rectified on same day upto 1700 Hrs. Any delay in complaint rectification a penalty shall be recovered @ Rs.100/ per complaint per day. (e) The items supplied by contractor as supply only shall be taken on charge by deptt. and shall be issued to contractor's trademen for incorporation against the complaints slips under item No 15 hereinbefore and proper records of same shall be maintained. (f) All T&P required by electrician for complaint rectification shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. (g) Any desturbed surface during execution of work shall be made good as existing. Nothing extra shall be paid in this respect. The quoted rate are deemed to be included the same cost.
