Tender for Making of Mega Rangoli with Colours, Flowers, natural, materials, grains, cereals etc.

Rangoli Size: 108 ft × 108 ft (Size may change) No. of Rangolis-10 (Number may change) Venue: Different cities of Uttar Pradesh Complete designing, preparation and execution of 10 numbers of Rangoli of 108 ft × 108 ft each Mega Rangoli, including conceptual/design work, artistic layout and marking, Rangoli, coloured sand, Rangoli powder, flower petals/flowers, coloured wooden sawdust (Burada), grains and cereals decorative cut-outs, cloth and other art materials/consumables, preparation of base artwork, filling, finishing, touch-up, maintenance during the event, (two days) dismantling and removal after completion. The item shall also include all expenses related to artists, including selection/deployment of artists, artist honorarium/travelling expenses, boarding, lodging, food and other artist-related expenses. The bidder shall be responsible for complete artistic execution and maintenance of the Rangoli in accordance with the design/theme approved by the Department. Ground preparation and flex printing for Rangoli base will also be included with in scope of work. Rangoli must be preserved and maintaned for 2 days for public display.
