Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation , etc or for shafts, wells, cess pits, man holes,pierholes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan & getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material beyond 50 m and upto a total distance of 250 mand depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type C2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork built in CM 1:6 with subclass `B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and directed

Providing, 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4,(type B-1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for as in fencing posts/ Stiffners/ Bars for fencing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only of MS work in posts and struts/Stiffeners bar/ FI etc in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note : MS post obtained from item No 9.00 above and shall be used in this item.
